One star for initial install (Oct 2025) to yesterday (10 Aug 2026). Terrible at responding. Raised complaints & didn't respond to those for more than two weeks.
Only today could I access the online account - really Poor & plan to move as soon as we can.
However, upgraded to 2 stars as Becky today (11 Aug 2026) resolved the matter. I'd give her 5 stars.

Dominic - Meter readings
Spoke to Dominic regarding not getting meter readings off the smart meter and gave him a reading over the phone. Going forward we are going to send in via emails to him so all good and we will get correct bills rather than estimated ones.
