Absolutely horrible service. They used to answer calls and reply to our problems until we paid the advance. After that, they completely ghosted us. No replies to texts, no answers to calls. This is a total scam.
I would highly recommend staying away from this. I have all the proof of chats and payments. It has now been weeks, and there is still no response. Completely ghosted after the advance was paid.
It has been more than 3 months since I submitted my application for business incorporation with all dues paid. They promise delivery within 7 days but do not respond to a call or msg at all. Utter disappointing service. Never ever use their services for anything
Absolutely dont take them as your secretary. It took months to register them as a secretary and now they dont reply anymore. They never accept calls, i tried texting, i tried emailing. They submitted files to eROC wrong. Please save yourself the trouble and take another secretary.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid them to take care of certain documents. Discussed before hand, agreed on things. They didn’t respond anymore at all, ghosted me. Didn’t get my money back. Scam.
Company registration is a hectic process in Sri Lanka. E CORPORATE is simply a life saver.
