The quick response to my request from the company. I find it a fine experience. I would have wanted to see from the paid training, greater Icebreaker activities that are not the same as the free downloads.

I’m really pleased with the cost, materials, customer service. The ability to rebrand the course and take steps to really make it how you want it to be is awesome. I’m excited to start sharing the knowledge with others. The only thing that concerns me is the practical example videos for the course were separate to the course package - I have access now but I feel that they should have been a part of the package in the first place. The other thing was the lack of captions on the videos - it’s possible for them to be added - but not everyone will have the skills to do this so it would be great for accessibility for them to be available upfront too. These are things I would have happily paid a little bit more for not to need to follow up with. Still, I highly recommend and can’t wait to start.

As a content provider serving thousands of individuals and non-profit entities around the world, we've been using these courses for several years now.
Although I agree with some of the comments about aged content and visuals, over the past few months I've seen tremendous improvements and while we were considering getting similar courseware packages elsewhere, their latest updates gives us hope and have decided to stick with them, including updating all the SCORM files on our platform.
The courses are not perfect for everyone at all levels, but we find then perfect for certain markets.
We find their support totally adequate.

After a recent complaint, CTM contacted me and the matter was resolved amicably. I feel a lot warmer and welcomed. Zack / Maria thank you

My first email to sort this out. After much back and forth, my refund was not granted. Total waste of time and money

Good morning Maria,
I hope you are well. I have only gotten around to going through the materials in these trainings in the past 2 week and I am incredibly disappointed in what I have found.
There isn’t one training I have found so far that I can use.

The slides and information and incredibly dated – the use of landlines, faxes in the examples for communication are nowhere near what is seen in the past decade of office work.
There is little to no mention of many of the productivity tools used in today’s workplace, and this is even true of the slides in a pre-COVID era!
The clipart gives the slides a feel from the 1990s/Early 2000s
There is a distinct lack of diversity in the images used in the slides – the ratios of male to female and the models used are predominantly white. The racial diversity is notable in its absence and if I were to show these slides, they would be perceived as racist and I would likely be reported
In terms of gender equality, there are several instances where it has stuck out that the male is clearly the manager and the female is the direct report.
The clothing in the pictures is not at all indicative of what people have worn to work in the past decade
The images of the equipment used in office spaces is incredibly dated
The formatting of the slides is terrible, many of them beginning with a single bullet point (with no further points made)
The content of the slides is too much – in many cases there are far too many words on the slides, the opposite of what is recommended in any training development program.
This is just the list from the top of my head

When I purchased this package, I bought into what was being sold – an off the shelf training solutions package that could be branded easily and delivered instantly. What I have received is far from this and it would be quicker for me to create my own training materials with the knowledge I already have and to select appropriate, culturally sensitive, modern, gender and racially diverse images.
The package is far from anything that I would deliver and if these were presented to me, I would be concerned at the trainer’s professionalism and whether their knowledge was up to date.
I appreciate that this package of materials would have been a godsend to a trainer setting up 10 – 15 years ago, but the materials are in no way suitable for a modern learning and development environment.

I would be grateful if you could please respond, I will not be using these materials, they are of no use to me and I would like to return for full refund as I have not used them and cannot use them as they are not fit for today’s training environment.

After I reviewed my purchase I had some questions regarding the site and how I was supposed to use the training materials. I left a message and got two return calls, one from Hailey and one from Darin. They were both very helpful and not only answered my questions, but gave me their numbers should I have additional questions later. It made me feel good about my purchase as it made me feel that they would be there to walk me through any other questions in the future.

The fact that one can customise the content of the programme first and foremost makes one’s life supper easy. The immediate delivery of the material is a further on your cap. Thanks once for the efficiency.
