I am disappointed about the content of the training material I have ordered. I was expecting case studies and real-life scenarios to help participants learn. I am actually not sure I will use it to the extend of my expectations and the cost. It does not quite help me saving time on this project.

The outline and materials are not as up to date as expected. I was expecting more on the icebreakers for each of the programs rather than one list only.
The power point templates are all the same, a bit boring.
I wish it would give me what the total time should be per program.
