I have purchased a XXL AR hardshell jacket and its very comfortable. Fits perfect and is good for every kind of weather.
I had a problem with my chestpocket because it had a hole, but with the help of alvaro from cortazu i got a new jacket. And my problem got solved perfectly!

I own the delta hardshell and guys believe me this is the best hardshell I ever had. It's seems expensive but it worth the last euro!!!!! I can not live anymore without my cortazu. Disappointed with quality and customer service
Update: Still no response from the Cortazu team. I haven’t received any email, neither in my inbox nor in my spam folder. I’ve now purchased new gear from RAB and Peak Performance—same price range but significantly better quality and far more reliable service.
I bought the Mid-layer Recycled Dark Blue and the Mountain Hard Shell Dark Blue jackets from Curtazu in January last year. While the hard shell performs okay, it’s not water-repellent. During a trip to Peru, I was caught in rain for about four hours, and my T-shirt underneath got wet. It can handle light rain briefly, but don’t expect full protection.
The real issue is with the Mid-layer. Less than a year in, the logo faded completely, and the insulation around the shoulders started bunching up in one corner. I tried to redistribute it, but it keeps sliding down, creating a strange hump. I haven’t even washed it yet, so this seems like a design flaw—without smaller compartments, the insulation just moves around.
I contacted Curtazu’s customer service, submitted their form and a video showing the problem, but they stopped responding. It’s frustrating to deal with this kind of silence, especially when the product comes with a five-year warranty.
Given the price, I expected better quality and support. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend Curtazu. There are more experienced brands out there with better customer service and reliability.

To start , have been looking for Cortazu jackets and come to the right time i ordered 2.One for my son and one for me. The experience during the purchase has been amazing. I did get on time and one of them was oversized ie mine and i wanted size L.So i did reach to Cortazu , in no time they respended and sent back my XL one.I requested to send the L size asap as i had a event coming up on weekend. Outperforms most mainstream brands
Bought the mountain hardshell, took under a week to arrive in the UK. The jacket itself is great quality and performs really well, it should last for years.
Judging from past reviews, it seems as though they’ve really upped their game in customer support. My jacket had a couple of manufacturing defects so I got in contact with them. Alvaro was a massive help. He sorted me out promptly, far quicker than most companies.
Overall, I would 100% recommend Cortazu.

Women’s All Weather hard shell
Bought the women’s All Weather hard shell. Shipping was quick (USA) and arrived earlier than expected. When it arrived it looked slightly different than the pictures. I reached out to customer service and they were able to confirm I received the correct jacket, but previous generation. They offered to replace the jacket with the current generation (in an available color). I also had an end cap missing on one the pull strings to tightened the hood. They offered to replace the entire jacket, or pay me a credit. Customer service was prompt in responding (start to finish took 3 days) and I am so happy with my new hard shell. I will definitely buy from Cortazu again in the future and recommend them to everyone. Great quality and even greater pricing (especially during sale times). 10/10!!

The room for improvement is just soo small. As i was wearing this on my speedelec i became aware that i had to probably change my pants as wel, the wind was just gushing through. Never noticed that before. The difference is the comfort.

Beware additional UK costs
