Poor experience. I ordered the Barbie and Ken outfit and blonde wig. Firstly the items take a very long time to arrive (the maximum time stated) so do not order if you want quickly. The quality is bad for the price £70 down the drain, it is cheap flimsy materials, the only good item was the wig! The costumes come up tiny, I used the measurements on their website and they are not correct, 2 sizes too small on both men’s and women’s. I asked to refund and they said they recommend against it as I would have to pay ALOT to ship back to China!! They tell you to sell on Vinted or EBay. Take a look on these sites there are sooooo many of their costumes. Would not order from them again, be warned!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! Like alot of the other reviews I am having a problem with a return/refund.

I placed an order to get an outfit for a Halloween birthday party, I wasn't given any updates for tracking, it was way over the time for delivery so I started emailing you get 1 reply every 24hours and well you might as well not get a reply as its pointless.

I cancelled the order through the courier and had the item marked as return to sender which according to the retailer isn't correct, I have to apparently receive it and then return it in order to receive a refund (incorrect) I did some digging and this isn't the first time they have tried to pull this stunt, they want you to send it back to a different address at my own expense before I can receive a refund (also incorrect).

They pleaded with my to keep hold of the item even thought I had no need for it, when I told them I just wanted a refund they refused, it's basically becoming theft at this point as they have the goods back but are keeping my money,

I have opened a case with Klarna who thankfully I used so I have some protection, they are breaking multiple sections of the consumer rights act, I have also taken advice from trading standards as well.

To sum up they are an absolute sham of an organisation, avoid at all costs, do not use!

Ordered a costume realises within minutes it was incorrect emailed the company to cancel order straight away as per their terms and conditions to contact them within 24 hours for a full refund, no contact from them still, called the bank this morning if no contact from them we will open a bank dispute, happy to remove the review if they contact us and refund us.

The material is cheap and it doesn’t fit properly. I would like a refund to be honest

If I could give 0 stars I would. This “company” are absolutely awful from start to finish. Item arrived faulty - with a dodgy, flimsy zip that wouldn’t go up. As a fault on their behalf I thought I’d try for a refund as I am rightfully entitled to. But, after numerous emails back and forth, they tried saying it’s because I ordered the wrong size and that I am not entitled to a full refund as I can “get it fixed”. At the hopes of receiving a full refund I had to send pics/videos as evidence, I had been asked to return my item to a return address in China which legally you do not have to do, plus it would cost more than the item itself so what would the point be?

In the end I settled for a 50% refund as I couldn’t bare to deal with the situation any longer and how deluded they were. - how can I possibly not be entitled to a refund for an item that was faulty on their behalf?! Stay clear from this dodgy company as they will make it very hard to get a refund for the poor quality items they sell. Lesson to self, always read reviews before ordering from a new place!

I didn't really think that I'd have to write another review about COSHD.co.uk especially since I have not made another purchase from them. I reccomend you read my first review as everything in it still holds true and I reccomend you contact an Ombudsman.

After my previous issue with Coshd.co.uk I settled for a 50% refund. Not ideal but probably the best i was going to get after around 20+ emails. I thought fool me once shame on me and took the hit. However, some weeks after that settlement I was contacted again by Coshd.co.uk apologising for the inconvenience and poor customer service and offered me a full refund in exchange for deleting my negative review on Trustpilot. I still have not recieved said refund. They tried to guilt me with profit margins and statistics then eventually back tracked on the full refund (despite being entitled to it, without the need to ship back to their supplier) and acted as if the refund had never been promised. I didn't think my experience could have gotten much worse but I was wrong. Over 15 emails and almost 2 weeks later, I am left somehow more disappointed and frustrated than before. Same as the last review AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD and do not fall for the obviously fake or fluke positive reviews.

Wanted to give it less stars purely down to expensive shipping costs and that it didn’t arrive in time for our party but just opened the package and tried it on and have to say the quality is incredible for the price. It looks amazing! More gutted now I couldn’t wear it. It’s a proper lined suit and could easily go for double the price.

I always buy from coshd. I love them so much, the products are always great quality

The quality is probably better than your local costume shop - but the experience of dealing with them not good. First the discount wouldn't apply and then they gave me the wrong amount off when i demanded the refund. Next the costumes do take nearly a month to arrive - although they make that clear. The costume sizes are all over the place and trouser come in smaller that they should, plus cheap poppers so won't stay on even if you wanted them too. Pointless sending them back because it cost £25 and they really pushed that in communcations - so they take your money and you loose loads if you send back. I asked for a partical refund and with some back and forth they agreed to 20% but there was another issue as once again they didn't know basic maths and were trying to give closer to 10%. Then Yulia got really sacastic and rude when i complaint. Not good and expensive for what you get, also sounds like they make them is some kind of sweat shop.

I Ordered a costume over a month ago, still have not recieved item.

I got in contact with customer service (I still wanted the costume) who claimed it was with a neighbour.(obviously I checked here straight away, and a few times after!)
They sent a photo of a random person with no package as proof!!

I explained a multitude of times that it had not arrived. That it was not with a neighbour and customer service got quite rude!

I did manage to EVENTUALLY get my money back but it was not easy!

Quite disappointed at the whole experience.
They wanted me to change my initial review which saw this as a scam before giving me a refund

I ordered my wono luffy costume last Friday for comic con this weekend, paid the extra £20 for fast shipping and it arrived today, the costume is really good quality and you can tell it’s been custom made. I was hesitant first of all to order from here due to the reviews, but when I started reading into them they were from non verified users. I am very happy with my experience and also the communication between myself and the company as it only took a day for a response, but people need to understand that the company is based in china and china is 7 hours ahead.

Emailed twice to return as sizing was so off, never received an email back. Don’t bother

I was excited that the costumes are made to order. I ordered a Halloween costume a bit more than a month before Halloween. I live in the USA. After ordering, they told me that they couldn't make and deliver the costume to the USA in time for Halloween and would give me a refund and 10 percent off my next purchase.
Though I was disappointed, I was impressed by their honesty to me of what they can deliver.
I rated 4 stars only because I don't have a product to rate. I'd say 5 stars for customer service.

Hadn’t realised when ordering that it was coming from china.
When I realised luckily within 24 hours I asked them to change the size from medium to large. They did this immediately and a week later my costume arrived. It was great quality a bit long but I am short. Very pleased with the service and the costume. Would order again.
