Hi,
I’ve placed an order yesterday (Sunday December 17), and realised right after that that the item that I wanted was not the one that I’ve ordered (same price, same brand, but a slightly different fragrance). I have directly sent an e-mail to the contact center to ask if they could modify my order by replacing the item that I’ve ordered by the one that I wanted, and tried to reach the contact center this morning, but so far it’s been impossible to get trough to actually get to talk to someone.
Update:
The least that I can say is that Cosma is fast at preparing the order (I’ve already received an e-mail saying that my order is about to be transmitted to the carrier, though my e-mail asking to change the item hasn’t been taken into account obviously, but I’m the one who made the mistake while placing the order so I can not really blame Cosma).
Anyway, I’ll update this review accordingly to the feedback I’ll receive to my e-mail. Hopefully by increasing once more the number of stars!
