What an amazing experience. I did a ton of research online. I mean it. I really did. I did 5 consultations, 3 with surgeons in Turkey, 1 South Korea, and one in the USA. Cosmedica stood out as the fairest and most professional of them all. My experience here was awesome, I stayed at their hospital hotel and received attention and help whenever I needed, everyone was very friendly, the operation it self was fantastic. I felt important and listened to the whole time. Dr Acar made me feel like he was uniquely invested in my situation. My technicians during my operation were super professional and pleasant. I really am thankful I chose cosmedica. Give them a chance. You will not be disappointed!

I’m very happy that I chose Dr. Acar’s clinic for my hair transplant. It’s clear that the clinic enjoys strong international respect, and that the surgeons are highly specialized in what they do. The welcome and hospitality were excellent. Overall, it was a positive and relaxing experience, as I didn’t have to worry about anything — they took care of everything for me.

Of course, there are a few things that could be improved, but these are subjective details that don’t affect the great overall experience I had.

Internal communication between the WhatsApp contact (with whom you discuss and arrange your package/surgery/experience) and the person who interviews you before the operation is lacking. Fortunately, I had requested a written order confirmation listing everything I wanted, with prices and agreements already confirmed.

In the operating room, I found the bed a bit uncomfortable as it didn’t have an adjustable headrest. My head was repositioned several times, and I was asked to hold the position for quite a while — which was difficult.

During the procedure, I would have appreciated having someone who spoke English to occasionally update me on how the surgery was going. Not that it would have changed anything, but it would have made me feel more at ease.

Would I go back to Dr. Acar’s clinic in the future if I ever needed another procedure?

A big shoutout to Zeynep, who was super kind and helpful throughout the process - she really made things easy and always took the time to answer my questions. The medical team was also great and made me feel comfortable the whole way through.

If I had to mention one small thing, it’s that some of the staff could improve their English a bit, just to make communication smoother for international patients. But overall, everything went really well, and I’m very satisfied with the results so far. Definitely a clinic I’d recommend!

The clinic itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the reception and information desk staff were polite, helpful, and always welcoming.

Although some of the surgeons and staff members did not speak fluent English, the clinic provided a professional translator who ensured that communication was always clear and smooth. The surgeons were careful, precise, and clearly experienced in their field, which gave me great confidence throughout the process.

What impressed me most was his honesty something that can be hard to find in this industry. I could genuinely see his integrity and dedication to achieving the best possible result for his patients.

Having undergone a hair transplant previously in London, I can confidently say that COSMEDICA offered far better value and results. My previous experience in London was disappointing it was extremely expensive, left visible gaps, and I felt misled about the number of grafts used. Overall it was good experience and definitely would recommend to anyone. First of all it was easy to communicate and get consultation before the surgery day, all questions answered quickly and to organise the surgery days and payment was easy and quick. The facility was nice and clean translate to hotel was smooth, hotel was 5 star nice breakfast and room (unfortunately in the room was smoking so first day smell wasn’t pleasant when we arrived) to get all transfers from hotel to clinic and so on was easy everything is done by WhatsApp and response is quick and efficient. On the day we got translator to help to communicate with doctor and surgery staff, you get all drinks coffee, tea, soft drinks… surgery went easy and painless as it possible, you get breakfast if you need (had 1st day) lunch as well (could be better option that’s my opinion) surgery staff helps you with your needs during operation, they will not let you go by yourself will assist you going to toilet or drinks or snacks. Just one minus communication with surgeon in English was hard, so sometimes felt a bit awkward and when they speak between each other in Turkish and joking felt a bit awkward to me. But overall it was good experience

I honestly think it was really great overall there was just a few things that could’ve been a little better on the communication part. The clinic was really nice and very clean. Everyone was helpful. The procedure did take a little longer than what we were told but during it we were fed and had bathroom breaks. The hotels were nice but if your coming from the states like me I recommend getting an adapter only one of the hotels had a charging port.

I went to Cosmedica in Turkey last November for a hair transplant, and I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently and thoughtfully they run every aspect of the process. The clinic operates like a well-oiled machine, from coordinated hotel pickups to post-operation drop-offs, everything is seamless.

When you arrive, the staff guides you through blood tests, head shaving, hairline design with the lead doctor, and photos, before taking you to the operation facility. The clinic itself is state-of-the-art, so modern and clean it almost feels like stepping into a spaceship.

The procedure was done in two phases, graft extraction, followed by a break with a provided meal, then incisions and implantations. The two young women who performed my surgery were incredibly caring, gentle, and professional, which made a big difference given how vulnerable you can feel during the process (especially with the anesthesia injections).

After the operation, they dropped me off at my hotel and brought me back the next day for wound dressing and the first wash. The package also included essentials like biotin supplements, medical shampoo, and serum, with the option to purchase more if needed.

One small tip for future patients: avoid wearing t-shirts on surgery day, since you won’t be able to pull them over your head afterward without risking the grafts. I went in November, so it was chilly, and I was lucky to have an overshirt to wear on the way back.

Since returning home to Boston, the after-care team has been very responsive and accessible through WhatsApp, which I’ve really appreciated.

Overall, Cosmedica is an impressive, well-run clinic that combines technology, efficiency, and compassion. My results have already shown a lot of regrowth, and I expect to see the full results in about six more months. Highly recommended!

The staff that did the hair extraction and implantation procedure were excellent and very caring explaining all the steps.
They even gave my wife breakfast and lunch while she waited for me.
I recommended Cosmetica to my friend who is also thinking about doing it.

I spoke with doctor Acar team almost 2 years ago finally decided to proceed I flew from California From start to finish absolutely the utmost respect from staff and his team I had a absolutely great time experience from the pick up at the air to the procedure all the way to the end I highly recommend this place for those who are planing on doing the surgery one recommendation I would give is paying extra for sedation it is well worth it hotel room and as excellent was places in the renaissance hotel great food and breakfast

I've gotten 6 emface treatments at cosmedica so far and I'm thrilled with my results. I'm a survivor of a massive stroke that left my whole left side paralyzed. Thankfully the facial paralysis is mild, but I tried emface because of the great results for Bell's Palsy patients and I'm very glad I did. It's been 10 years since my stroke and that's what makes my results so surprising. I got great lift and the numbness is lessened a lot. Im currently receiving 1 session every 3 months because of the paralysis. You won't need as many. I couldn't reccomend the team at cosmedica more.
