Paid for training, for which I only completed 1 lip procedure and one botox procedure and then told I am competent and safe to practice, given certificates I cant even go out there and perform these morally it is wring for me and certainly very unsafe for the clients as I am not competent, how can this be allowed, take your money and because you complete a little online training which never got checked as it was marked within ten minutes then signed off to then go to the academy saying they provide models, i had 2 only, also said it was 4 days training and it turned out to be 3 but only one day to do practical and only 2 models, I have to now pay back the money over 2500 and not practice because i am unsafe to practice?

Continue to wait for a refund for a course I paid 3000 pound for that never went ahead. Have contacted all governing bodies and now have solicitors in place. Do not pay any money to this company.

Would not recommend. Owed £1899, I have gone through Citizens Advice and had advice which has been ignored even letters via recorded delivery. I have reported to trading standards too.
I attended a course which they say they had spoken to me to cancel a week before, I asked for proof as I hadn’t spoken to anyone and they didn’t send anything. They offered me free training in something I already do as an apology which I declined. When I attended for 5 lip techniques (they put us on a course that was running for someone else who was back for a second time due to similar issues). 5 models were split between 3 of us and one was done by the tutor. We didn’t cover all techniques. The afternoon course didn’t go ahead which was breast filler. I have requested a refund for it all which has been ignored.
I am awaiting further instructions from CAB for the next step.
Seeing they are liquidising the company but still advertising courses is a major concern.
I would like a full refund for the missold course and the course that did not go ahead.

Cosmetic couture as soon on tv over the years sells you this single boss women starting from scratch imagine - almost inspiring. This cosmetic provider ive noticed has scammed few women on trust pilot and i wish i done more research before proceeding, with another baby on the way i wanted invest in my family future and show my kids you can be anything you want to be.. FAILED! Ive been scammed cosmetic couture and are refusing to send my £933 back to me!! After crafting a manual payment plan for course that included beginner and advance fillers and nvq level 3 equivalent at the value of £1899 package offer which i agreed to pay bank transfers of £300 at min over 6 month period sept 23 to march 2024. I was told once i paid 50% i will receive all the theory contents and i wont be able to do the practical until payment was paid in full which sounded reasonable. 3 month mark /half payment paid (£933) i get no content and a message from penny demanding payment of full outstanding amount of £900plus in full or i can pay £67 and do the foundation courses only and i will be discounted for the advance courses in the future which when i asked for a quote it was double of the original package deal i was originally offered. Ive never missed a payment and stuck to the payment plan agreed and now im being scammed ive respectfully asked for my money back or to continue with our original agreement which im sceptical about and this has been refused so far. Im pregnant stressed and been backed in to corner with a unprofessional demand to pay full amount £900 plus by december 10th 2023 or loose my money i basically ate bread for the past 3 months pregnant to loose my investment i am considering legal action, going viral if not going on tv to stop this from happening to other women

If I could rate this company lower than 1 I would do… Do NOT book with this company it will save you a lot of stress.

I booked a course with this company and now am seeking solicitors action as they cancelled my course and will not refund my money. Crazy how many people I hear have the same issues.

They are very very keen to get your payment as soon as possible but couldn’t care less if things have to be cancelled on their part even if you have clients in for treatments.

Would totally recommend training here. Did all my entry into aesthetics with them and am excited to get to masterclass level. A top-tier facility that takes you from beginner to masterclass level with ease and confidence.

Not really one for all this cosmetic stuff but highly recommend their Hair PRP treatments! Can see the difference already - will definitely be back. Effective Hair PRP treatments that deliver visible results.

I'm not great at online studies, but with the help I got from my tutor along the way, I was able to get it all done and get in for my practical training which I loved. Cosmetic Couture team are fab! Supportive and accommodating tutors make all the difference.
