I first meet Dr Johanna Ward many years ago when wanting to try Botox for the first time- I had been recommended that she was the best but I was very nervous about having Botox and wasn’t sure if I could actually go through with it. Now years on I absolutely love going to see Dr Ward and have my treatment. She is so professional, kind, understanding and Always talks me through everything she is doing. I feel totally at ease in Jo’s hands, I completely trust her and would not allow anyone else to touch my face!! I've been going to see Tara for many, many years (during which time people have always commented how I don't look my age) and I can't recommend her highly enough. I'm not ashamed to say I have botox and filler, but people do seem genuinely shocked when I tell them, as the results are always flawless and incredibly natural. Tara skillfully restores lost volume and leaves me looking as though it had never left in the first place. I always leave feeling amazing and confident. I don't mind travelling a bit further to see such an experienced and skilled injector. In fact, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

First went and saw Amanda with my skin. My skin was dry and so dehydrated and dull. Amanda has transformed my skin and the compliments I get are due to her skin regime and guidance. I’m so grateful how my skin is feeling and looking and never looked so good, all thanks to Amanda. She looked at my skin and knew exactly what it needed and what products to introduce to me and even till now, I go and see Amanda for skin care tips and advice. I chose Dr Melissa Fitzgerald for my Sculptra treatment as she is one of the most experienced practitioners there is for this particular treatment. Melissa is kind, empathic and gave me plenty to time to discuss any concerns I may have had. Sculptra is a subtle treatment that yields results over time providing a very natural effect. I always feel very safe and comfortable in Melissa's capable and experienced hands.

MADGA IS A GENIUS!!! I came to the cosmetic skin clinic a few months ago for coolsculpting on my lower tummy and I was surprised she even said anything can be done with it. It was very very large and not in proportion with the rest of my body. Madga told me to trust her, that I did, and with the results I have, I’d trust her to do my brain surgery! Absolutely wonderful clinic, every single staff member is so lovely, and the results could not have been more perfect. I still can’t believe how amazing my tummy is now looking at the before and after pictures. Madga, if you read this, you have completely changed my life. Thank you so much xxx

I have been seeing Tara for treatments for a while now and have always been very happy with the results. Tara operates on a ‘less is more’ basis, resulting in very natural results. Always friendly and providing the facts behind the products and results, which enable me to make an informed choice, with Tara’s ever professional steer.

I enjoy coming to see Dr Fitzgerald who always listens to my concerns and talks me through my options. It’s a pleasant and calm environment, everyone is kind and considerate, and I never feel rushed. I always leave looking refreshed and so natural, just like we discussed.

My experience with the clinic was extremely disappointing. The only star I would give is to the receptionists who were extremely polite and Georgina who listened to my concerns patiently.

I was humiliated and racial discriminated by the practitioner Tara. My appointment was booked at 16:00, Tara saw me waiting there but did not start the appointment till 16:07. While I was waiting for Tara there was another patient asking to see Tara. It seems Tara was double booked (and hence why she brushed me off my appointment later on).

During the consultation, Tara’s behavior and manner was abrupt. She touched and stretched my face and neck in a rude way without telling me in advance. My skin became red afterwards. I was totally shocked physically and mentally. She asked where I was from and on hearing an answer from me she asked me: “Do all Chinese not like people touching them?” The question was offensive and unfair. I politely responded that anyone being touched and streched abruptly of their face would feel uncomfortable. When I asked the details about the treatment Tara did not answer my question. All Tara did was bragging about the clinic and the rewards the clinic received this year which I had minimum interest.

Tara also tried to advertise the clinic by telling me a celebrity in “come and dance with me” did the same treatment in the clinic. She then immediately said” oh, you don’t watch it as you are Chinese”. How rude that was? In addition to the racial behavior I hope Tara understands disclosing client information to a third party is unprofessional and may bring a legal issue to the clinic.

When I queried inconsistent information I received between clinics, Tara abruptly told me that I should go to the other clinic in a rude manner. She then brushed me off. I was so disappointed and requested to complain to customer service. Tara then left me in the appointment room until I spoke up and asked should I wait there or not.

Georgina listened to my concern patiently and also asked a doctor to see me and provided more information which was much appreciated. However, the humiliation and racial discrimination from Tara was a metal abuse which caused me a metal shock. I could not help feeling upset for the rest of the day and today.

If you are a Chinese as me I would not recommend you to visit this clinic as there was no respect at all at least from one practitioner.

I was initially quite reluctant to have any treatments on my face. However I heard of Dr Jo Ward, and after a consultation with her, and her explanations of how subtle and transforming the results would be I went ahead. I am delighted that over time with some Botox and very safe filling agents great progress was made and the results are extremely pleasing and transforming. I have more confidence and raised self esteem. I do look so much fresher. Dr Jo can see what needs to be done and is an expert in skin care and I totally trust her judgement. She is a true professional. A very positive experience. Thank you.

I have been visiting Dr Jo Ward for years. She is the only person I would ever have touch my face. Dr Jo is an utter skincare expert. She knows and understands everything to do with facial treatments. I have had many compliments since I’ve been seeing Dr Jo. She is the ultimate skincare Doctor who puts you at ease and works so quickly and efficiently you don’t even realise the treatment is going on!

I honestly feel like a victim of fraud.
The star is for the staff who have been lovely. However consultation after consultation the staff look for an improvement, created by the extortionate cool sculpting treatment, that simply isn't there. I was promised fat reduction and smoothing. What I got was dimpled skin and a seemingly permanent circular mark on my thighs. £1000+ for 2 hours and no difference. Absolute waste of money and time. Do not believe the photos and hype. I am angry at myself for not having the strength to accept my flaws as normal body and ageing, at not being happy in my own skin and resorting to non-surgical procedures that simply do not work. Do not waste your money! I wish I hadn't.
