Tara makes you feel relaxed and at ease. She listens to your concerns and advises on the best way to go forward. Her skilful handling of the syringes makes the treatment effortless as you hardly know it has been administered. Very happy with her skills and exceptional knowledge.

Cosmetic Clinic Glenfield staff are very friendly but maintains their professionalism. I appreciate it a lot that they are so accomodating especially when I have concerns or questions regarding the treatment. Overall experience is 10/10. Special mention to Grace who has been doing my treatments for one year already shes very gentle making sure Im comfortable during the sessions. Thank you Grace and to the whole team! Lee is simply the best and words won’t do justice here. You are made to feel very comfortable and in no doubt in the knowledge and capability to hand. It was my first time getting treatment and Lee took great care. Explaining, answering questions, keeping me calm as I was a little nervous! This gives an instant sense of trust which is backed up by his sound recommendations which I know will deliver the best results for me. After my first visit and experience I recommended to my partner and simply won’t go elsewhere for advice/recommendations/treatment. The front of house/admin team are welcoming and professional and the entire reception/waiting area is relaxing and pleasant to be in. Done to a very high standard. I found other places I had “consultations” with were all about sales and £ not about the right treatment for what I wanted to achieve. You don’t feel like that here at All which is also quite rare and added to my comfort. All round great service. Thanks to Lee and the team. Keep it up, it’s really appreciated. Lee is highly recommended.

I found the whole experience excellent, the practitioners who delivered my treatment were knowledgeable and went to great lengths to understand my needs and what results I was looking for. What was incredibly refreshing was their advice and view on what would be best for me, even if that meant less treatment and in turn less revenue for the clinic - This makes them even more credible for me. My treatments with Matthew and Magda have need amazing and I am very satisfied with the results so far.
The whole experience of visiting the Clinic has been the best as everyone is such a pleasure to be around, friendly and professional in equal measures.

I recently made my third visit to the Cosmetic Skin Clinic where I had
Botox and facial fillers with Dr Ward.
I found both Dr Ward and the staff at the clinic to be professional, knowledgeable and caring. I am extremely pleased with the results of my treatments. The procedures were explained to me fully and my options summarised in a treatment plan for me to take time to consider. In addition to the clinic procedures, Dr Ward also advised on skin care and supplements to compliment my treatments. I will be returning to the clinic in the near future for further
treatments.

I understand that the treatment is a little bit at a time due to my previous experience elsewhere resulting in filler movement and I am really happy with Forehead and between eyebrows.
But the skin round my eyes has turned very papery and I can't put my finger on it but I still feel I look a bit haggard although not as much! I am still aware of my jowels. And sunken eyes. I am only 3 weeks into collagen treatment though so am hoping this makes a difference. I have read very good reviews so am certainly not complaining, just need to be more patient! And Dr Jarvey has been very understanding and knowledgable.

I’m so pleased with my Morpheus 8 results, I have noticeable improvement on my chin and jaw area after just two treatments. With one more still to go, the results have exceeded my expectations!

I researched a lot of clinics before I put my trust in the CSC for my journey into enhancing my skin. They have not disappointed. Lee is my main practitioner, he is kind, but above all honest. He won’t perform a procedure if he thinks it will be ‘too much’. I’ve had Ultherapy, Morpheus8, BBL, Botox and fillers over the years I’ve been attending the clinic. The only comments I have ever had are ‘you look really well’ and ‘wow, you have really great skin don’t you?’ . I have always felt confident walking into and out of the clinic knowing I’m in incredibly safe and skilful hands.

Dr Fitzgerald is a skilled and friendly physician who knows how to make you comfortable and offers an array of cosmetic possibilities.
The space is airy and clean and the staff welcoming.

Dr Jarvie-Thomas is the best! Trust his judgement & very happy with the the results.

Magda is very competent and conscientious and does a great job. She is vigilant about following up after treatment to ensure things are progressing as expected.

Felt comfortable through treatment, well informed and fantastic results

From the start if the treatment to the finish Magda made me feel totally relaxed. Whilst the treatment I had is not the most relaxing I felt that Magda anticipated any concerns I had and made it as comfortable as she could.

I have done a lot of research for a Cosmetic Clinic and decided to go with The Cosmetic Skin Clinic, I felt very comfortable with my first contact with them. I booked an appointment with Lee Garrett I wanted to achieve a natural look and he understood my needs straight away, Lee is very gentle with his approach and very caring I felt in safe hands. Lee is passionate and it shows. I will be coming back for more and more now I have found him !!!

I never usually leave reviews - but my experience at this Clinic will explain why they are one of the best. I was planning on having a treatment here. I changed my mind about which one - and the one I wanted isn't available at the CC yet. And despite this Dr Matthew Jarvie Thomas took me through the pro's and con's of each treatment with no bias or leaning towards the treatment the CC can deliver. It really sums up the care and attention they give to each patient. Whilst the alternative treatment is probably more suited for me, I wish it was available at CC, and I might just wait until it is!

I had two Morpheus 8 treatments with Dr Matthew Jarvie-Thomas who was very professional and friendly.
I had wanted to minimise the effects of having a skin cancer removed from my upper lip, and to refresh my face and neck generally. A few weeks on, the results have exceeded my expectations. I simply look better.

I have seen Magda several times at the London Clinic. She is very understanding and puts you at ease immediately. She is honest and straightforward about the results that are achievable with coolsculpting. If this is a procedure you are considering, you would be in very capable hands with Magda.
