It's a scam. My order never arrived. Be careful.. don't buy everything. They just stole my money. Disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

It’s a scam site!!! Don’t use it!
My order never arrived despite many emails to the company.

8 days to get product into transit.
13 days to have it dropped off at local post office by their dodgy courier.
Never again amateurs.
Pffffft.

Will never buy through these guys again
False advertisement showing photo of perfume bottle and received a tiny tub of solid perfume that doesn’t even smell like the perfume I wanted , took weeks to post and only after several emails they sent it out what a waste of $50 odd dollars shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this
I was told it had been sent then another time was told it was on back order and then told they could send it the next day , what’s the point of sending it at all when it’s not what the person ordered very disappointed and unhappy customer if I could rate -stars it would be -5

very disappointed with this company. Once they took my money for 1 item. Not delivered and not 1 word from this company. Seems dodgy to me. I wish I had looked up reviews before I ordered. I would never have used this site, once I read the negative reviews.
My advice, give this company a big miss. So bad and no customer service at all!

I have only purchased from Cosmeticsonline a few times but they will be my go to company from now on. They're super to deal with, especially a lady called Tina. Their products are excellent, great value, delivery is quick and easy and they also give you some freebies to try. I order from many cosmetic companies and I rarely get a free gift but this company are so generous. I had an issue with delivery but Tina sorted it without question and went above and beyond to help me. They are excellent in every way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Be very careful ordering from this company. The products are all close to end of life or indeed past use by date.
I twigged when I saw the formulas not at the standard I was used to as I bought products that I had used before.
I checked the batch code and noticed they were indeed well out of date or coming up to expiry date.
I will say that I was refunded but this was still not good enough imo. The products should not be sold of out date or the customer should be made aware the products are close to use by date.

Ordered four hair dyes on Wednesday they arrived on the Monday - happy with my purchase.

Purchased Shea Shaving Soap, they sent me face soap. I had deleted the invoice but provided the transaction recorder on my PayPal account which was not sufficient.

Unprofessional in the extreme (in my opinion) and totally unhelpful.

I have noted that there appears to be no response by Cosmeticsonline to any any of the reviews.

Excellent service from this company (which I think is new and based in Ireland). Ordered late Thursday night and everything arrived in London on Monday morning. Super service and good prices!

Very pleased with my first purchase. The site has the best price for brands like Nuxe, Decleor and Lierac. Delivery service is good as well, DPD next day delivery within Ireland, everything arrived safely as they packed so carefully with bubble wraps and airbags. Free samples and gift with purchase are nice bonuses.
