Cosmic Toys is an absolute gem. Every corner is packed with stock, from new modern toys to rare hidden treasures. You can easily spend an hour browsing and still find something new each time you visit. What really makes the experience special, though, is the shopkeeper friendly and genuinely passionate, always happy to chat or help you track down stock. A must-visit for any collector.
Previously Toys Wonderland, then Toys Apollo, took my money, order never arrived, email replies are just repetitive 'thankyou for your enquiry' but nothing else. Scammers with a capital S.
It’s the scammers from Toys Wonderland.
Don’t (!) buy there. They will scam you, they will take your money, you will never receive your order. They don’t respond to your e-mails. They just take your money, keep it and go on establishing the same scam corporate under a new name.
So Cosmic toys is where he's hiding behind now, huh. I had a orders with them when they were called Toys Wonderland and they never shipped my last order or refunded me when I asked. They just ignored my email and then changed their website eventually. Even before that, when they were shipping products, they shipped me a order that was used, missing accessories and tampered with.
This is yet another renaming of the scammers Toys Wonderland/Toys Apollo/CosmicToys.
They are renowned for taking orders, withholding shipment, refusing to give cash refunds (you get a store credit, which must be used within 60 days or you lose it), and generally messing customers around for months/years so they're unable to get their money back via banks/card issuers.
The business owner has been involved in many scams and being investigated in HK for fraud.
Avoid at all costs, do not use them.
This is another attempt to scam and steal money from collectors. This is a site from Philip Lui, of Toys Wonderland and Toys Apollo. They even have a falsified Trust Pilot score on the webpage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST!
