I made a small online order and they couldn't have been more helpful they also went above and beyond with my delivery I would definitely recommend cosmic toys.

Great prices, packaging and shipping time. I bought a figure with a damaged package as it was a bit cheaper, found a lovely personal note inside my package saying how they'd recently sold it and sent me a mint one instead. 5* will definitely buy from again.

Bought off these guys after seeing the good reviews on here and was definitely not disappointed.
They had some rare action figures that hardly ever appear on eBay, especially at their price for virtually mint 35 year old toys still on their cards.
Lightning fast delivery: received my action figures on the Tuesday after purchasing late on Sunday night from the website, which was easy to navigate and use.
Secure box with plenty of bubble wrap, even the carded figures inside were wrapped individually so there was no movement in transit and they arrived exactly as pictured on the site. Obviously done with care and a lot of attention. It's this kind of thing that is really appreciated.
Figures exactly as described. They display beautifully. I only need one more and my childhood fix is complete.
Very very happy and will be browsing again come next payday.
PS They accept Paypal too unlike a few other online toy shops.

I bought a figure from their website about a week ago. They emailed me back a couple days ago, telling me that they were out of stock on the figure. Unlike other companies I've dealt with they didn't just issue me a refund. They went above and beyond with their customer service. The first one they sourced for me wasn't going to arrive in time for Xmas. But they were able to source me another one and send it directly to my address within a few days. I'm am extremely pleased with their customer service and would definitely be buying from here again.

Received my delivery of a Betty Boop rumba doll which arrived broken in small fragments at the ankle.
Although having previously sent emails regarding the time frame in which I would receive the delivery the seller was very helpful and polite, as I needed this remarkable doll as a present for a friend and was so delighted to be able to find it at Cosmic toys. Delivery was quick and seller very reliable and I would recommend as he responds to all queries.
However I was really disappointed and unhappy to open the box and find the doll ankle broken most likely in transit I felt heartbroken.
Today after emailing the seller as to what had happened and sending the pictures of the broken dolls ankle and the porcelain fragments he was very sympathetic and happy to provide me a full refund.
