Was looking for a set of tmnt that are no longer around and found them here for a really good price. Communication was excellent and were sent to my grandson who lives less than a mile away but because of lockdown havent seen much of, only our daily FaceTime.
You cannot even imagine his face when his parcel arrived (was watching on video)!
He was absolutely over the moon...
2 day postage as promised and well packed and in pristine condition!

Service was prompt but buyers beware if you return something to them. They do not refund the postage you initially paid when you purchased the item and did not respond to my two emails when I questioned this. The item has to be damaged or their fault for them to refund any postage. Unfortunately this has soured my experience with them and I won't be using them again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Andy, I do understand you were not happy with the end result of your order and I am sorry about this. However as I did explain in the first email I don't cover postage costs on returns when there is nothing actually wrong with the goods and you had effectively just 'changed your mind' about it. I didn't ignore your emails either, infact over the course of a day or two we did have a bit of back and forth conversations about 'how toys aren't as well made as they used to be'. I did decide not to respond once you seemed to be getting irate as I didn't feel either of us would benefit drawing the situation out, I am sorry if you think this was in any way ignorant of me.
Anyway, I do wish you good health and hope the toys you buy can live up to your expectations in the future.
