Terrible Customer Service – No Support for Faulty Air Fryer
I have been trying to resolve an issue with my Cosori air fryer since February 9th, and the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. The air fryer turns on and makes sound, but it no longer heats.
I first contacted Cosori’s customer service via email—sent four emails with no response. I then called their NL customer service multiple times, was promised a call back, but had to follow up four times before finally getting a response. When they finally called me, they told me to contact Amazon, saying they were not responsible.
Following Amazon’s instructions, I tried to report the issue, but the process redirected me back to Cosori’s website—right back to the same phone number and email I had already been trying for over a month. No resolution, no real support.
As someone who works in customer service myself, I find this unacceptable. Making customers wait for weeks, giving them the runaround, and not following through on promised callbacks is simply bad service. I expected much better.
I am still waiting for a proper resolution. If you are considering buying a Cosori product, be aware that their customer service is severely lacking.
