Super service and aftersales.
The delivery was as you would expect: fast and correct.
One year after the delivery, the toaster went bust. Within two working days I received a mail that a new one was sent. The question was if I would return the defective one (yes of course) but the replacement was already on its way.
Incredible service. Maybe as one would expect everywhere but extraordinary nonetheless in these days.
You can welcome me back next time I need something that is in your webshop.

Very Very Poor Customer Service
Had an issue with the products that I bought, got a distant and cold customer service who offers no Service.
First they didnt know what the solution was to the problem. Then they didn't know which of the 2 locations I needed to send it for returns. I had to call the original manufacturer to note the correct address. Then later they didn't know the status of my repair, I had to also call the manufacturer to find out. In all cases, they simply give you website links of the manufacturer (blogs / email / phone) and you have to do all yourself. Basically, no use of working with The Retro Family, you might as well buy direct or from a proper retailer.
Not doing business with them again.

Bad contact, unpleasant person who was dealing with my order. Very long time of waiting
I love the idea of the shop because I like retro style. Unfortunately the contact and the time of waiting for the products was very unprofessional. 2 starts because at the end someone else (who was way more polite and friendly) in the company helped with an order.
