I did not get my goods at all
I did not get my goods at all , no proactive communication from Retro family after placcing the order i ad to call do to no confirmation after several calls and on the second attenpt my order was again not shipped , I did not feel that retro try to solve the issue, several possibilitys express delivery etc but nothing was suggested , I got the feelling that I was the one to blame .... at the end the order was cancelled and I got a offer of 10% in the next pruchase ...I don't believe you are expecting me to go back , with the same amount 10% of the value of my purchase retro could have send the goods on the same day after they realize that there were several errors during the process . I would recomend a more customer oriented system , when developing sytems we need to take in consideration not only the needs of the company but also the needs of the customer ...
