GPO Westwood Bluetooth speaker Vintage Bruin

We hebben de GPO Westwood Bluetooth Speaker Vintage Bruin gekocht. De levering ging volgens afspraak, en was correct en snel afgeleverd. Daar hebben we niets over te klagen, alleen de geluidskwaliteit viel ons erg tegen, en daarom hebben we het apparaat retour gestuurd. Ook de afhandeling hiervan ging snel en correct.
We missen de bas, de toonregeling is zeer mager en de luidspreker resoneert mee bij bepaalde toonsoort en volume. Qua design erg goed.

I bought a record player that did not …

I bought a record player that did not work. okay.... things like this can happen. so i send it back so i could get a new one that did work. 3 weeks later i still dont have a new one. after a week i send an email to ask when to espect the new record player, 'soon' they told me. another week later, still no record player. So i called. They told me that i should have had a new one immediately and that they would take care of it as soon as possible. ANOTHER week later, still no record player so i sent another email. the only respons i got was: okay i'll look in to it.
So 22 days later en still no record player. And the worst of all is that is was a birthday gift, and the birtday has already passed.
