Lincoln Town Centre Store.... Brett has turned this branch around, for various reasons I had stopped using it but as I had my elderly mother with me we decided to give it a go...so glad I did as vast improvement. The staff seem happier and service so much better! Definitely recommend and will be going back. Well done to all!

Ventura Park Tamworth barister Nikki. Excellent young lady. Been shopping for 4 hours, I was wet cold tired and weiry A coffee woukd help make the long journey home more bearable. I called in at 18.27pm 3 mins until closing. Chairs were up, staff were cleaning down. I cheakily poked my head through the door (very doubtful of being served..I would have totally understood). When Nikki shouted across "good evening I can only offer takeaway". I ran up to the counter stepping on the newly cleaned floor. I apologised fir the lateness and told her what a hectic day I'd had. Nikki got the freshly cleaned utensils and set about making my order. I didn't have any cash to leave her a tip but just want her (and @costa coffee) to know what a fab member of staff she is. Thank you Nik you don't know how much I appreciated your kind gesture

Poynton branch. Great staff, food and coffee perfect for us both. Wish we had this sevice in Scotland.

Awful semi warm watery latte no froth but they still charge the same price I wanted a hot creamy latte not a cup of warm water

My husband and I are loyal customers of Costa coffee and have been for many years. We have never had cause to complain before as we have always found the service,
coffee and food selection first class. However we went to our local Costa today in Wokingham for our usual black Americano. When it arrived it was lukewarm, and my husband took mine back and politely asked the barista to put some more hot water in. Instead of offering to give him another free cup, she topped the cup up with water and it was still the same - lukewarm. It was not particularly busy but the girls serving seemed too busy chatting. I was not at all impressed, as we have never experienced this in Costa before. I don't normally complain, but in this instance I would seriously think twice about using Costa coffee in the future.

I would like to make a complaint about Costa gravesend, as a regular customer the service skills of staff are very poor in this store some of the staff including the main leader,is well below par asking staff to clean a table is like there looking at you like l should just put up with it dirty and full of other people's mess and it is putting my wife and me off coming here witch is not good for your reputation as a company sorry to make this complaint but had to say something

I find the staff at Costa Syston, Leicestershire, extremely helpful, efficient and attentive. Go for a coffee, you get a smiling face, an interest on how you are and most of all, the coffee you want, always willing to change it, if it’s not to your taste.
Only negative for me, the place needs an update, replace the settees, they’ve definitely seen better days!

If I could give this a 0 out of 5 I would. I have been to the New Brighton Costa and am appalled! I haven’t been to this place without them forgetting my order and having to wait 30 minutes each time. This particular incident happened today where my iced latte was left on the side to go rancid while they happily made me wait and ignoring it! After we FINALLY got what we were waiting for we tried to sit down and this girl (had served every time I’ve been to this costa which I am pretty sure she is the issue, coincidence? I think not) told us to LEAVE the table and told us to move but there were no tables. As a result of this I am eating in my car in the pouring down rain and I just can’t believe the disrespect of this costa worker and costa location. I can confidently say I will never return and I will share this message to my fellow costa Facebook groupchat. Disgusting. Such a horrible way to end 2022 and start 2023.

Booked a to good to go pack for collection from Costa J1 Rugby only to find on arrival they'd cancelled minutes before. I was told nothing left to go into bag I'd prepaid for hours earlier.
They were not sympathetic at all even though my disability caused me unnecessary pain travelling there walking into the shop and said it rarely happens but were filling shelves with stock..
Very unsympathetic and didn't really care at all..
I have used M&S there and quite the opposite very helpful and friendly and had my bag prepared.
I won't ever use Costa Coffee ever again and inform friends and family not to ever use Costa Coffee.

Just awful bland coffee. Popped in as I had a gift card. Their machine didn't accept gift card. They said other customers had the same issue. Card machine not working and staff to put it lightly clueless... Won't be going again.

Costa coffee Caramel Frappe - rip off!! £10 for two frappes paid extra to have coffee, can’t taste it! When the heck did iced coffee cost £5 a pop? You want a tasty takeaway go to Starbucks or even Macdonalds if you’re on the move. Never again @costacoffee

This review refers to the East St Taunton branch which I visited yesterday afternoon. The "barista" serving me was uninterested, made the wrong drink and seemed ill disposed to correct his error until prompted. He did not properly swipe the loyalty card as I found out much later on checking the Costa website. The cafe is atarting to look a bit seedy and run down. For its location this is not good.

So I took refuge in Costa in the Maltings Branch St Albans to get out of the rain and have my first coffee of the day. I was greeted by 3 welcoming staff all smiling, I was served by a young lady with tattoos and piercings she was very polite and I found myself engrossed in her appearance which was "On Trend". Whilst being served I was engaged in conversation by staff and made to feel welcome. On looking around the cafe it was very clean and felt just the right temperature to sit and enjoy a coffee. The coffee was strong and the right temperature too so well done Team Maltings! I will be returning soon.

Once again the Costa in Ross on wye is closed for no apparent reason. Over the last few months the staff open when they feel like it. This is the main reason many of us now use a different shop where we feel appreciated.

I love going for a Costa latte. I go to Beeston, Nottm mainly. It is there where one of the baristas ( possibly manager) has an unwelcome attitude.
One instance I went to sit at a table for four. I had asked if someone might wipe the table over. She came over didn’t look at me and said are you on your own. As it happens I was ( she was , of course, referring to my having taken a table for four ( I didn’t want to sit near the door). Had it not occurred to her how upsetting this comment could have been someone perhaps grieving or lonely.
I let it go. Since then I notice just how she behaves with staff (who are all sooo friendly and helpful). She is stern and spoke to one like giving a command to a dog! Sharply saying WAIT! to stop her doing something.
If staff can’t say anything then I decided I would.

I ordered the chocolate fudge brownie frappe and when I tasted it it was like drinking iced milk. It was so bland and I could barely taste anything. I do not recommend having this drink at all.

Stay away from the food at Costa, Plas Coch, Wrexham.
Flies all over the food and the response from the staff was ‘yeah we have a lot in here’!!!!!!

I have been going to costa coffee for eight years and have for the most part found it to be generally quite good and the safe have also been good.
There is one particular member of staff who i find goes over and above her duties to improve Costa. She is always very helpful and always smiling and asking about my day etc. So talking to her and having a costa coffee is the best start to the day for me.

My review is similar to other buyers of gift cards. Purchased on the 11th December, no notification of despatch. Phone line is an automated message that really has no purpose. On-line chat doesn't appear to exist.
I am concerned with all the bad reviews, no response to my email, facebook message or online form.
Why take payment off people if you cannot fulfill their order? No response from Costa really doesn't help matters either.
However I notice you are posting on Facebook, so why not post out our gift cards instead. At a cost of £3 to have it posted I would expect it on a special delivery service. This is a Christmas gift so if it doesn't arrive by Christmas it's pretty pointless arriving late.

I ordered a gift card on 27 November and have heard nothing. No response from customer service. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Shockingly bad service. Will be my last purchase from them
