Costacoffee 

Costa Coffee stole my money. When I examined my account, I realized that they took the same payment twice, and I created a complaint record 10 days ago from their site (Case Number: CAS-643851-L0K9W1 CRM:0497442909) still no one has returned and my money has not been refunded. The problem is not 2-3 pounds, the problem is that I have lost my trust in this company. I will no longer feel like I have to recheck my account every time I make a purchase. Why do I have to waste time getting my money now?

I don't know what's going on with the Costa at Behill Road, St Leonards on Sea. This relatively new outlet used to have friendly, efficient staff and used to be open until the advertised times.

But it seems not only to have had a total change of staff but they now regularly close at any time which takes their fancy. At least 4 times now we have arrived well before closing time to find them closed both on weekdays and weekends.

Today the advertised time was 6pm. We entered at 3.55pm to be advised would be closing in 5 minutes. Grumpy manager gave his male member of staff a public lecture when he served us our hot food on plates rather than in take away bags.

So we had to gulp down our food in minutes and then take the coffee out. When you intend to dine in and you are present 2 hours before the advertised closing time this is dreadful.

There is no explanation on the building to explain why this particular store has become so utterly unreliable.

It is on a main road into Hastings and they are closing at a time which avoids all rush hour custom and even prevents parents who've collected children from school grabbing a coffee. It is absolutely absurd.

If this is how this Costa is going to operate permanently it may as well totally close down because it is a completely unacceptable level of service.

Costa new soya milk is awful. They have stop using Alpro for their own Coca Cola dairy free milk and it is disgusting. It's like drinking milky mush.
Me and my colleagues have now stopped using Costa.

Normally don't have a complaint but not once during summer have I been able to get a mango and passion fruit cooler.
Yesterday I made a trip to the Costa drive through on Robin Park Wigan. I wanted to try the new maple and Hazel dairy latte. On being handed the drink it had no dairy on it. Then I tried it and it tasted like a normal coffee. Maple is a distinctive taste. This was not anything like it. Come on folks, you can do better.

Costa has just introduced a new offer; Breakfast Bun for £2.00 when a medium or large hot drink is ordered (before 1100 hrs). Great! The problem is that since this offer was made available, not ONE breakfast bun has been seen on the shelves in any of the Ilford Costa's, at any time of day... 🤔 mmmm... Starbucks or Blue Mountain may be calling .....

Costa in Reigate. Went there yesterday. Two staff on duty. Young man did not know how to operate till and young girl on coffees really slow. Both looked like new staff.
All tables really dirty, not cleared of cups or cleaned.
No one clearing tables as no staff to do it. The two staff on duty will probably leave anyway soon, working like donkeys.
Waited ages for our coffees and sat at the least filthiest table we could find. WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE AGAIN. Felt sorry for the overworked staff.

Costa Charlton is awful. Understaffed, more often than not, which means tables overflowing with used crockery and trays and no one to clear them away. Coffee is tepid unless you ask for extra hot. The staff won't even rinse out a used own cup before refilling it with fresh. How long does it take to blast out the remains with boiling water from the taps. Staff are generally surly. When I pointed out the overflowing tables, the curt response from one was 'there is only two of us, do you want a clear table or your drink?' Actually what I want is a pleasant seated environment with clean tables and a well made hot hot drink and friendly staff. Then the five pound asking price for a coffee and biscuit might be worth it.

HOW CRAP THIS PLACE IS, TERRIBLE COFFEE, ALL MILK AND EXPENSIVE AVOID AT GREAT COST

I used to go to a cafe in Leeds which I named “Happy cafe”. I named it so because the staff were so miserable and I always went in cheery to see their reaction, I loved it in there 😁 today we went in Costa Leeds Road Pannal near Harrogate and I wished I lived nearer so I could visit regular as there is a dark haired lady there who would have been at home in the happy cafe. As well as being miserable she got the order wrong not just for us but for another couple. Having said that, it was busy, they had a least 4 orders whilst we were there. 😳

Coffee good could have been hotter food horrible and Over priced called yesterday got two coffees and two cheese and ham toastys the ham looked like spam but looked like dog meat and the cheese looked like a cheap spread it wasn’t even toasted properly so I got what looked like a soggy mess will never go to Costa again don’t waste your money here and go to Starbucks perfect every time

Service was appauling at next home Costa @ Kirkcaldy retail park no small cups had to be upgraded to a medium no Semi skimmed milk had to have skimmed that was not taken out of fridge it was on counter no milk jug , my mum was approached by member of staff and asked to move for a pram when she explained I didn't feel comfortable the member of staff approached me in the queue and questioned me about no being able to move tables as I couldn't sit with strangers. I did not like her attitude I had a badge visible that I was anxious and needed distance which iam entitled too. Their were tables available if they were cleared and cleaned.

Since visiting I have been experiencing stomach issues and running to the toilet I have a sensitive stomach if milk is left out and not fresh.

I have been to several costa Cafes and the tables get cleared regularly as people leave a tray with dirty dishes was left on our table.

I usually had coffee at costa daily. I changed my mind. After i tried coconut latte from Adez milk no anymore. Coconut milk is not coconut. Full of... NO ANY TASTE of coconut.

I bought 2 flat white coffees in the departure lounge at Faro Airport. They were nothing like the Flat Whites I've had before at Costa. They were milky and tasteless, absolutely dreadful in fact. I didn't have time to return them as our flight was called soon after.

I went to Costa rather than other restaurants in the airport because I expected there to be some consistency with what is provided across all their outlets, whether in the UK or not.

Be warned..................

Costa Chelmsford eagle way 8.40 on Sunday shut , drive through open but no good when you’ve arranged to meet people this one is a joke if you want to eat and drink in have visited several times and it’s a 50/50 chance it’s open 1st thing

Costa coffee Beaconsfield very disappointed with the cleanliness of the shop dirty tables dirty floor and a unclean smell stained chairs when requested the table to be cleaned it never happened during visit the shop was not busy very disappointed with my experience

Having used a Costa drive thru in Wolverhampton, we were some disappointed. Seems the colleague taking the orders was also making the drinks for the drive thru and the shop itself. Felt very sorry for her and won’t be visiting that establishment again, she could do with a break, however……..carried on to ASDA Great Bridge to do our weekly grocery shop…where there is a Costa outlet. Mmm. Vast improvement, the Dream Team are the two Sophie’s, E & M. Sophie M usually takes the order and if you’re using Costa’s app and haven’t a clue, she’ll sort it out while Sophie E is running around making the drinks and if they natter, they do so while still working which means the queues are always short when they’re on! Bravo, they are an asset to you, Costa Coffee, give them a Commendation (and a raise)

Myself and my husband sat outside Costa coffee in Enfield town palace gardens when a customer sat near us with a small dog ,not a problem until of of the workers came out of the shop and picked the dog up to make a fuss of it ,as if that was bad enough she went behind the counter and started serving again she never even washed her hands that the last time I will get my coffee from this coffee shop. Very unhygienic

Will not be back to Costa White Rose Leeds. Order took forever despite being very quiet. I paid for an extra shot of coffee which wasn’t put in and it was Luke warm and grey in colour. It is clear why it was so quiet whilst the centre itself was a busy Sunday. I will never buy from Costa again. Over priced and not drinkable. Service poor.

Ben and Matt in costa coffee on thornbury high street are appalling! I will never shop in there again! Very aggressive and rude! There are much better costa shops at cribs causeway

Visited Costa at Minster, Nr.Ramsgate. Bought a rather expensive Latte, which had virtually no coffee in it. Very disappointed, will not buy from them again.
