We really enjoyed our Christmas & New Year's vacation in Dec 2019/Jan 2020 in Costa Rica. Alex has been our planner & coordinator and he did an excellent job of making sure our vacation was hassle-free. He was so kind and helpful that he even drove us to and fro from our NY Eve dinner when we could not find an Uber that late in the night.

We visited Monteverde, Samara, Rio Celeste, Arenal and San Jose. The accommodations, adventures and transportation all worked out well despite some minor hiccups.

We all wished we could stay longer .. we were there for 8 days ...

The transportation company was in constant contact with me about my trip and provided all the information about the driver and vehicle and license plate. I felt safe and the driver was waiting for us on time for each trip. I highly recommend using this company for all your transport!

Our experience with costarica.com has been amazing. I cannot talk enough of the help and assistance we got throughout our trip. Alex has been marvellous and at times went beyond the call of duty. He arranged our trip and was there 24/7 to answer our queries. He went out of his way to help us out of a tricky situation. We got stuck with flat tyres on our way to airport. He somehow managed to get us roadside assistance to get us to the airport on time. He even monitored our drive so we don’t get lost, and that was on a sunday evening. He managed to book us for sightseeing at last minute and did not worry about last minute changes. I really can’t talk enough about him and costarica.com. I would definitely book with him again And would definitely recommend using their services. I rate them 6 🌟

The tour was incredible! They took us all over San Jose, making stops at various parks, museums, and local attractions. They also gave us a delicious lunch at an authentic restaurant!

But what deserves the most praise is the service. “Alex” is by far the most THE most courteous and helpful sales manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. After our first conversation, he not only prepared me for getting around in Costa Rica, he offered advice that was invaluable. He added me on whatsapp and served as my personal guide, coordinating every step of the process. It was the most unbelievable service I’ve ever experienced.

I would recommend this to any of my friends or family! The driver Alex is so sweet and nice! He helps you see as much as you can on your ride! He made my friend and I feel very welcome! Tours and tour guides were cordial and well informed. The first hotel we were placed in for three nights was mediocre. The food and staff were good, but the bathroom condition and minimal shower water amount and pressure was terrible. My daughter and I were not able to wash our hair because the drip was so limited. The humidity was very high. I know the country is modest, but these are basic essentials. For the price of this package, I am at least expecting a decent shower at the beginning and especially at the end of my long day.

For the second hotel, we were told we had a balance. I had to call my point person to speak to the employee. When we arrived at our bedroom, there were only 4 towels and we are a family of 5. She said she would come back with 5th towel, but she never did. The wifi was terrible. I sent my daughter to request towel again, but she never came. I ended up drying myself with a hand towel. Finally, I couldn't set the AC to a higher or lower temperature setting. Therefore, we had to turn it off before we went to sleep and then woke up sweating in the middle of the night.

Alex helped to arrange our trip and we found him to be extremely patient and accommodating every step of the way. He took the time to speak with me to assess what my wife and I enjoy about our vacations. He had great ideas/suggestions that were relevant to our interests. On the way in to Costa Rica, we had to deal with a flight cancellation and multiple delays. Alex was following our travel updates and made sure we had a ride from the airport at midnight when we finally landed. He maintained regular contact and was meticulous in the arrangement of our transportation, lodging, and excursions. Everything went smoothly and I will be calling him in the future when we plan our return trip. This company and Alex helped to make our 7 year wedding anniversary an amazing experience that we will never forget! If you're considering a trip to Costa Rica I highly recommend that you reach out to Alex as I know he will go out of his way to make sure you have a memorable and exciting experience!

Alex was a terrific vacation planner. He requested we stay in contact with him throughout our stay. He would have changed our plans if something didn't go right. We would definitely use him if we were to go back.
