Terrible customer service. Received an email saying my order had been posted, with tracking information that didn't work. I followed up many times and had no response to emails, online chat, help form, etc. Eventually found a phone number on white pages and the lady who answererd refused to confirm the tracking or confirm if it had been posted. I assume it was never actually posted. The same business seems to run multiple websites.
