Very Pleased
MY order for the Genie outfit arrived on time and was quite pleased of the materials used. Ordered at the same time the pointed slippers but where in the adult size but was able to cut down to a child's size quickly. It was perfect timing for my Granddaughter's birthday make believe costume. Thanks.

Okay, BUT!
It was easy to place order and price was fair. The box arrived very quickly...BUT I had to wonder about your packing department and common sense! I ordered two containers of face paint. One was in a 0.7 oz. tube and the other was 0.6 oz. in a small plastic container. These two items arrived together in a single cardboard box --- THE BOX MEASURED 3 INCHES DEEP BY 17.5 INCHES BY 12 INCHES! Would the price of the two small items be less if greater thought was given to the shipping method?

Shipping Date not Correct
I paid for faster shipping and am still waiting for part of my purchase days after the date I was given. Customer service was very kind but I purchased so I could get costume by a certain date and here I am, still waiting.

Disappointed
Although the 2 items I ordered were in stock and they created a mailing label quickly, it was never taken to the post office for shipping for over a week. I needed the two items in a hurry and couldn't wait any longer. I had to cancel my order. It never even left their store/warehouse for an entire week. This cannot be blamed on the Post Office. They never even tendered the order to them.

Run, worst company ever, scammers!!!
I wish I didn’t have to even give them a rating, for their poor customer service!! Who ever I spoke to over the phone is the most incompetent individual I’ve had to deal with, they are nothing but a scam!! They claim they will issue you a return label but they come up with excuses as to why they cant and then all of a sudden they say you have to pay out of pocket to return your item, which in my case it’s over $60!! What a piece of crap company!! So if you ever want to return something because it doesn’t fit don’t go through this company!!!

I purchased 2 pairs of pants
I purchased 2 pairs of pants, they were too small and I was told that they are not refundable. Almost $80.00 wasted. Did not notice that there was a no return policy for clothing otherwise I would not have purchased.

Hello! I apologize for any confusion! I looked into this and see that our representative had stated we do not offer exchanges. We do, however, accept returns on costumes that are unused and in their original packaging. If an exchange is requested, we would advice returning the original product and creating a new order.
