Pretty Scarecrow

My daughter loved this costume. It was well sewed and looked super cute on. We didn’t use the faux boots it came with and instead used brown boots and brown leggings. Would recommend this costume

did not arrive ----due to some storm--even if you would have paid for the expedited shipping--it wouldn't arrive because of bad weather-----so boo to your service and the item is not returnable--boo! boo!

Hello! I am very sorry for any confusion! I see that US Economy Ground shipping was selected on this order which gave a due date of 11/3. Fedex made the delivery on 11/2. I also see that both items on this order are eligible for return if unused and in their original packaging. The wig must be unopened for a return. We would be happy to issue a refund if the items are returned.

I was impressed with the plastic …

I was impressed with the plastic package the costume was delivered in .. little disappointed in the delivery process. Was told it was coming on Saturday, and got it today in weds..otherwise all good.

It just arrived today

It just arrived today, after I paid extra for it to be here on the 26th.! The quality of the costume is very good. I knew it would be too big for him, (he's 10 months old) but, I Love it.

Costume was amazing - SHIPPING A NIGHTMARE!

Costume was amazing; however, getting it here was a nightmare. After I received a notification that a shipping label was created, I had to wait an additional 5 days for the costume to make it to Fedex. From there I received 3 different delivery dates before it finally arrived! Luckily the costume fit properly or I would not have had time to exchange it for a different size.

I loved everything I received but.....

I loved everything I received and it came fast, however I never received a confirmation email and when I logged into my account it dated I had no previous or current orders. I emailed them and was corresponding with a nice lady that said she emailed my receipt but I never received that either. And it wasnt in my spam folder either :(. I asked if she could attach it to our emails we communicated with since I received them (??) but I never heard back from her. I would still like my receipts of my purchases as I just purchased again and no receipt emailed....

Good experience

Easy to order, the 2 costumes I bought arrived a week after I order. Everything as described. I will order from them again in the future.

Poor Shipping

I can't tell you how you did because I still haven't received it. Your shipping time isn't stated clearly as it only gives estimates and not even many times. And FedEx is a horrible shipping company because they lose the packages or can never give you a schedule for delivery. Very dissatisfied.
