Still haven’t received my package - UPS is terrible one package came damaged
Still haven’t received my package. It should have been here days ago. UPS is very unreliable. The chairs were delivered right away but one of the boxes had a bad gouge in it. I still haven’t received the table that was part of the set. I inquired with customer service last week when it had been days after the chairs had arrived and there was still no tracking update on the table, they told me the tracking information for it was unavailable which wasn’t helpful. They promised to get back to me with a response in 48 hours and I got a response after that period at which time UPS finally had it. But it’s been sitting at the closest UPS for a couple days now and apparently it’s been delayed due to weather (insignificant amounts of rain). Not thrilled and concerned about damage. I was waiting until I had all the pieces to assess how bad the damage is.

Delivery a bit confusing
The product seems fine. There were two packages and two tracking codes. One of those never worked. The packages were delivered a week apart from each other. It seems that each part came from a different warehouse, but this is not transparent to the customer.
