My experience with customer service was fantastic - prompt, very helpful but the product I ordered is not great quality. The wicker looks lower quality and the chair cushions are not comfortable. I’ll be looking to replace the cushions.

Quad is cute, battery doesnt last more then 40 min. And its much smaller in physical size then expected. I got it for my 3.5 year old but she will definitely out grow it by next summer

The administration rating and product issue.
The administration was perfect. The product excellent. One of the teak tables needed further countersinking on all the legs as the initial ones were too shallow for the bolt to connect to the captive nut. Not a problem for me as I had the drill, and the correct spade bit. Very happy. Thanks, Ann S.

Still haven’t received my package - UPS is terrible one package came damaged
Still haven’t received my package. It should have been here days ago. UPS is very unreliable. The chairs were delivered right away but one of the boxes had a bad gouge in it. I still haven’t received the table that was part of the set. I inquired with customer service last week when it had been days after the chairs had arrived and there was still no tracking update on the table, they told me the tracking information for it was unavailable which wasn’t helpful. They promised to get back to me with a response in 48 hours and I got a response after that period at which time UPS finally had it. But it’s been sitting at the closest UPS for a couple days now and apparently it’s been delayed due to weather (insignificant amounts of rain). Not thrilled and concerned about damage. I was waiting until I had all the pieces to assess how bad the damage is.
