Uncomfortable with the Canopy…
Canopy touches the head while seated making it uncomfortable.
While seated Canopy has to be folded down.
Side support for the canopy arm is flimsy/damaged on both sides.
There is no straps to secure the cushions on to the chair, slight wind, the cushions are flying off the chair.

Deceptive practices
This website uses deceptive practices to make you think you are buying something large, when its actually tiny. The measurements are listed, but in very small print where they hope you miss it. Thought i was buying a normal size toolbox, got a tiny one for a child. Incredibly unhappy.

Love this bunk bed
Delivery was fairly quick. We were not able to setup right away but when we did I was blown away at the quality and the stability of the bunk bed. It’s so sturdy! There’s no squeaking or wobbling after it’s put together. I also love that it’s on the ground so I feel ease that my youngest won’t fall out of bed. Overall I’d give a 10/10

Absolutely terrible quality and should have known better. Every single package for our; 4 umbrellas, 8 loungers and two park benches came damaged and in the wrong colour. Will never return to this site ever again and was a great lesson learned

Overall a bad experience this time.
The ordering process was good. However, the product I received was not the one I thought I had ordered. It was not clear from the product details that there was a difference in the product's appearance across different sizes (flat top versus curved top). Also, some parts arrived broken, and it is taking a lot of back-and-forth to get them replaced.

The 5 Piece Wooden/White Dining Set-maybe spend a little more…
I purchased my five piece wooden dining set through Best Buy and yes, it was reasonable, but putting it together was a real chore.
I’m a heavy woman but it seems sturdy enough, it’s just that the table has no weight so moves at the lightest touch. The finish on the table is not the nicest though, pretty rough and uneven colouring. The style is nice but it’s very small.
I guess the old adage is, you get what you pay for!

The product quality is extremely poor
The product quality is extremely poor, and I truly regret my purchase. I ordered a vintage table, and it was absolutely terrible. Parts of the table were broken, the legs were unstable and uneven, and the overall build quality was awful. I honestly did not expect such low quality. The product feels cheap and poorly made, and it is not worth the money at all.
