Shoes arrived quickly and accurately and are great for my different width feet!

These boots have changed my life! Having suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for a couple of years and paid a fortune for insoles, I have been wearing your walking boots for just over 12 months and a pair of your winter boots since October. I can now walk everywhere without pain, which means I walk more and feel so much better - thank you so much!!

Happy with shoes and slippers that I bought

The shoes were certainly wide enough for my feet, which I was happy about. However they are not very well-made, and hurt my feet in other places like the toe area, where the sole was too thin. So I had to return them. And forget what they say about easy returns! You'll be dealing with DHL, not FedEx or UPS, and they are painfully difficult to sort out. I spent over 4 days-worth of hours trying to meet their requirements and apparently failing, as they never showed. I complained to Cosyfeet - more trouble ensued. Hopefully it's now straightened out and the package will be picked up tomorrow. Hopefully.
