Items arrived, even though I did the measurements as per their website the items don't fit and certainly don't give any support!
Been messaging them to return but they're not having any of it.

What utter rubbish! Stupidly, ordered 3 of the lace corset bras after being seduced by a Facebook advert and seemingly positive feedback (clearly I didn’t look hard enough!) I understood it was a UK business but the goods took many weeks to arrive from the USA. I’d been recommended the L size for 34F but in fact they are tiny flimsy things better suited to a 32A. Plus the lace got a snagged thread on first attempt to try on. The wraparound lace bands are a waste of space - they add no support whatsoever. The shockingly poor quality made me check back the amount charged to my credit card and sure enough it doesn’t match the order confirmation - about £3 higher. Ho hum, lesson learned.

On the positive side the item did arrive, although it took nearly a month from America. It was a bra which is of poor quality and doesn't do the job that it was advertised as doing. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering but having seen the item from several companies on Facebook I thought they were worth a try. I have emailed them to ask how to return for a full refund, hopefully they will provide one.

To be able to wite a review I had to rate it with a star but it doesn't deserve that I ordered underwear and only one pack came not the free pack. There are no details as to what the items are made of but I need to know if they contain latex because I have a severe latex alergy. Needless to say the packet remains unopened there was an address for Company Name ELITE TRADING CO. LTD, OLD GLOUCESTER ROAD, LONDON WC1N 3AX I think I will return the goods there by recorded delivery/to be signed for and try to get my money back

I have to agree with other reviewers - was seduced by the advertising and thought I was ordering from a UK based company. The bra took 4 weeks to come from the US and is useless - poor quality, much too small, weird unequal padding, just rubbish!
I hope I have, finally, learned to check reviews first!

Do not order the cosy corset bra. I'm a D cup and size guide said XL. Product came around 3 weeks after ordering and looks more like an A cup. It'd probably look OK as a crop top on somebody with a very small cup but there is no support for anything bigger. Company won't refund as the warehouse is in China and said it will be expensive to return. Conned yet again by a fab looking product only turning out to be tat!

These bras are not fit for purpose. Material too soft to give any support whatsoever. Lacy bits just buckled under my bust instead of laying across it and not strong enough material to push my bust up at all. Pretty design and soft material but not useful as a bra at all. Tried hard to get a refund but kept being told I had to send a photo which doesn't really help and I don't particularly want to send a photo of my bust to them either. Very disappointed. The two unwrapped ones will be going to the charity shop

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Waited seven weeks for a comfy bra as advertised. It actually did arrive but the material was so thin and awful, it wouldn't have held a bag of sweets together!! Not a label in sight either. Went straight in the bin. What a waste of time, money and effort. I wish I would have read the reviews first too.

So I ordered 3 bras I'm always seing them advertised on TV, (no underwire with stretch lace to uplift your boobs, you know the one !)

Anyway I thought it was a uk company (guess again... usa) 5 weeks later they arrived and they look like something I could have purchased in the pound shop.

Utter tat, didn't even fit, nothing like the advertised product and a complete waste of money 💰

False advertising at its finest - Avoid this company at all costs !!!

Do not buy anything of them they are sammers I bought some knickers a month ago it was buy 5 and get 5 free I have received 1 good job I paid though pay pall hope I get my money back

Ordered the lacy knickers, as other have on here, still waiting for delivery 7 weeks later. I had updates on the so called 'delivery status', last one being it was to be delivered 19th March (ordered 4th February), next update was 'incorrect address, returned to sender'. Several messaged conversations with customer service, their solution is:
A. They can deliver if I pay more postage and package (don't know how they will do that as they don't know where the package is).
OR
B. They can do a refund but will deduct original cost of the item PLUS the original shipping fee = no monetary refund.
TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY
I'M GLAD I ONLY SPENT ABOUT £20, LESSON LEARNED.

It's a scam I've been waiting since January avoid

Ordered buy 5 get 5 free. Joke. 6 pairs of pants received! Not very good quality and was charged twice as much as I expected. AVOID AT ALL COST

My wife ordered 3 bras. They took 4 weeks to arrive. They are all different sizes and none of them fit. The fabric is very poor quality and look nothing like the advertisement. Have tried to contact them through their Web site no luck so far.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. Clearly Mis selling products by stating non existent offers. If I could rate less than one star I would. I did receive 5 pairs of underwear but not the 5 free. My order from America took 5 weeks. When I queried the missing 5 pairs they offered a mocked up order - (supposedly mine - it wasnt)as an explanation. To be fair I actually got the right size and they fit OK. However I wouldn't recommend or order again. Non existent customer relations.

I ordered the 5 pairs of knickers + 5 extra pairs assorted colours on 9th Feb they arrived on 18th March. They are HORRIBLE. Apart from the crackling sound of the inner lining, and the cheap nasty material,the sizing is way out, I am a size 16 but wanted a little more room for comfort so I ordered 5xl which is equivalent to uk 20 they fit maybe a size 14 at a push. The assorted colours were all a greyish purple colour not very nice. They are now in the bin! I wish we could give zero stars.

SCAM COMPANY i got sucked in like a lot of others
So wished i had checked the reviews first ordered weeks ago nothing arrived no customer service complete rip off

No goods have arrived after five weeks, reading these reviews I guess it's yet another scam and no point in trying to chase the order up. It is a disgrace that these so called companies are allowed to get away with this. I will never buy anything through Facebook again

Ordered two pairs of pants 2 February 2024, they never arrived and I don’t think they will. Definitely a scam. Do not order anything from this company.

ordered briefs, they came and are not the size ordered, keep contacting support at cosyfest and get a bot who says oopps you contacted the financial side, support will help you , then of course you get ignored .
I am sure there is more than 1 way to sort this will be contacting my bank and getting them to charge back the money
