I placed an order for a bamboo duvet . My order was delivered by EVRI but left on the floor outside of my work address in an unsafe place & went missing. I contacted EVRI & they said I needed to contact the seller for a refund. I have probably sent 5 emails but had no reply & done live chat but no response. This company is impossible to get in contact with or get a response from if your query is a complaint & doesn’t benefit them.
We loved our sheets to begin with
We loved our sheets to begin with, so soft and silky, and washed well the first time so we bought a second set. Unfortunately, after the second wash, it bobbled and only got worse with each subsequent wash, and so did the second set, despite following the washing instructions exactly. Such a shame, as they were such lovely sheets.

washed once so many pills , I can’t even use them they are Uncomfortable. Supposedly, they have a guarantee, but I have yet to see a replacement. I’m told they’re so overwhelmed maybe because their product is crap that they’re overwhelmed. Very disappointed should’ve went with cozy earth

I wanted high quality bamboo sheets and an online review put these as one of the best buys. After just two washes both sets had started to bobble and I emailed customer services. They responded quickly and offered replacement, asking questions about the washing process I had used and photos of the labels for quality control. Sadly the new sheets have done exactly the same thing despite following the washing instructions to the letter. This time I requested a refund, it took a few weeks for the email to be responded to but I have now been offered the refund. Quality is clearly not up to standard so the sheets aren’t worth buying but at least the customer service isn’t too shabby.
Bamboo Sheets
I ordered a set of bamboo sheets. When I took them out of the package they appeared almost see-through. I gave them a chance and they were soft an comfortable but in just over a week they were so pilled it was like sleeping on sandpaper. I threw then away.

customer service has been unreachable since 8th of december.
this used to be a great company. i've ordered from them before and absolutely used to love the bedsheets. however, i tried to order again on the 8th. experienced many many problems with my order all due to their lack of customer service and responses. reached a resolution and arranged to reorder, and they've been radio silent since - but are happily keeping my money! no update even though i've tried to contact multiple times, phone line is going to voicemail, no responses on live chat. if you are going to order from them, get ready to raise a dispute with your bank and good luck as you'll lose your money and receive no product
What a rip off
What a rip off! Poor quality material and when you want to return it they want you to return it to Switzerland even though it was shipped from China and took 3 weeks to arrive and will cost you $35 to return it to Switzerland! Don't purchase anything from this company!
Not a cosy house
I have purchased over 6 products from this company, only thing that made me go back was the refund policy, but you have to buy insurance from the supplier in my experience and faith in a small business,
50% of my order did not last past one to three times on the bed, bobbling, colour fade even after only one day on the bed, for a fitted sheet, I don't have pets or children or a partner (he's deceased) so these factors are not relevant.
It's a shame because the replacements I got sent were also deficient and in the bin.
Just bought a duvet cover, straight out of the wash it's puckered and feels like it's been washed in sand.
I know you ask extensive questions for a replacement, why after six months are these products still not good.

Terrible decision to order from this company. Duvet cover is already pilling and the duvet has a huge tear in it. No answer from them. Trying to return the duvet but they are not responding. Doubt it is bamboo as it looks and feels like polyester to me.

Been writing to company 3 times within 6 days , no response, tried Live chat , no response, more like Dead chat. Called 0330 818 1561 and left voice message as no one answering. order number: CHUK123831. Ordered bamboo fitted sheet , advertised as zero noise , breathable . Not true , just sliding hand on it makes noises comparable with kitchen foil. Breathability compared with plastic bag , put your hand on it hold for few minutes and it starts to sweat . Customer service is non existent. I wrote 3 emails , used live chat , called them 0330 818 1561 ( no one answered so left voice message). Zero hassle returns promise , a 100% lie about zero hassle , and looks like it's impossible to return it at all as no one responding to you. Looks like will have to search for help The Consumer Rights Act 2015: Protects consumers from poor-quality products and services, and unfair business practices. It applies to business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions. Still waiting to be contacted.
Received a refund after all mentioned above and week of hassle free return. Do not recommend to buy from this company. Customer service ruined everything.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I returned sheets per their instructions on the web site. The sheets were never taken out of the package. They state that refunds are issued in 48 to 78 hours after receiving the item. I have proof of delivery on 12/16 but have never received my refund. Two messages to customer service have been ignored. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau
Customer Service don't respond
I unfortunately need to return an order, which the CosyHouse website suggests should not be a problem.
However I have now tried at least five times, over the last 16 days to find out how and am still no further forward. I have tried using the chat, and the email. Initially I had replies to both asking if it was the whole order. I responded to both to say, yes, unfortunately, and then absolutely nothing since.
I would very much like to be able to contact someone and be told how best to return the items. This is incredibly frustrating.
Ripped and Pilled - Poor Quality
I wanted bamboo sheets for softness and cooling features and these came highly recommended. Cozy House had excellent reviews. However, after less than 6 months, they have ripped and pilled. I have a high end LG washer and dryer so that is not the issue! Very, very disappointed with the lack of quality.

I would’ve given it less than one star, but that’s not possible. I have been trying to work with them for months regarding a return. Somehow they charged my credit card for things I would never buy, and I returned them. I originally thought it was a fraudulent use of my credit card. They now have the merchandise and they have collected the money from Capital One. It’s a case of finger pointing. Cozy says they can do nothing and Capital One says neither can they. This is some of the worst customer service from a vendor I’ve ever seen.

Ordered 2 sets of 100% bamboo sheets for Christmas gifts on Wednesday 17th, it was set to be delivered Saturday the 21st. I got the email stating it was delivered but product not at my door. Contacted shipper and they said it was delivered and to reach out to cosy, which I did twice, and I have gotten 0 replies back
Bamboo sheets pilled terribly
I bought a fitted bamboo sheet and was shocked when it pilled really badly after only one use. Cosy house replaced it (after asking for pictures and serial number) but the replacement did exactly the same despite it being used straight from the packaging. I thought I had bought actual bamboo but realised it has polyester in the mix and I imagine that this is the culprit.
