I have order 7 sets of sheets. Some of them have been for gifts. Out of the 7 one of them was flawed. I reached out to customer service and the took care of the problem very quickly. The sent a new set and had me donate the other set. These sheets are the best and customer service is the greatest.

Great service delivery and products

Bought a duvet and a set of bed sheets in the sale last November and was initially impressed with the softness of the sheets - now 2 months and a few washes later the sheets are all bobbly and like fine sandpaper! Have asked for a refund on the sheets (duvet seems good) but not much hope as CH only offer 30 days.

Just to note that I washed the sheets as it specifies. Double checked and the label says they are 60% Polyester and only 40% Bamboo - they are advertised as "Luxury Bamboo sheets" - obviously they must be allowed to do this but it's very misleading and must be a factor in the quality.

I wonder how many of the reviews of these guys are real and/or just after purchase? There seems to be a long list on online businesses that sell low quality stuff at high prices that deteriorates fairly quickly over time. It's such a shame as there is very little accountability when you can't go back to a shop.

Don't waste your money on these guys - you will regret it later.

I received a duvet cover set and immediately upon opening the package I knew this product was not for me. I have contacted Cozy House via chat and email numerous times with no response to return this purchase. And still waiting even when the chat contact said the request was escalated. The item is still in the box it was sent in and still packaged , only open enough to feel the fabric. It is a lousy product, lousy company and lousy customer service. Don’t purchase from this company under any circumstances.

After reading the reviews I was convinced to try the Luxury Bamboo pillow. My husband and I have different opinions.
I like that the pillow is soft and you sink into it he finds it to soft.
We both agree that one pillow is not high enough but two is too high I have had to raise with a different pillow while my husband has opted for a memory foam pillow on top of the bamboo one.
Sad to say it hasn’t eased or stopped my neck pain.
If you like soft pillows I would recommend if you prefer firm pillows these are not for you.

Purchased a set of double bamboo duvet cover, sheet and pillowcases. Felt disappointed in the quality very thin and maybe because I ordered white it was quite transparent. Tried to contact to arrange no quibble return as they state on their site, but I have contacted 8 times now and direct and different platforms over the last 2 weeks on received one reply stating they are to busy to reply I will now be contacting my bank to help

I have been trying to return my order to Cosy House and have requested the returns label three times but it hasn’t been emailed yet.
I will keep trying.
WELL, I just rang Cosy House and spoke to a pleasant guy called Michael. No problem he said, just donate the unwanted items to charity and we’ll authorise a full refund!
My card payment has already been reversed.
Will pop the bedding items into my local charity tomorrow.
To say I’m stunned is an understatement.

Shocking products! I bought two very expensive duvet and pillow sets which were marketed as products of the highest quality. I bought them in November 2024 and as of 05 February 2025, both sets are bobbled with holes in the pillow cases. No matter how many times you follow the washing instructions, they become worse with each wash. If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Seriously, you can get better quality sets off Amazon for £30 that last and don't damage after one wash! There is nothing cosy about Cosy House Collection! AVOID!

Thin and flimsy. After one wash they developed little rough bumps like sandpaper. Don't buy!

Delivery service is horrible. I ordered sheets and they said they would be delivered within 7 days. It has been three weeks and still no sheets. They lost my apt. number and then they used a different system to get my address. Sometimes, the post office uses the neighborhood as the town instead of the city I am in and the company changed to that town. But they still managed to forget my apt. #. I have complained three times and still no delivery. It is still stuck in the middle of the country and they said it is too late to cancel. It looks like it will still take another week to get it here. Meanwhile, I am trying to get the current sale price instead or I no longer am interested in this company's products. I have been waiting on the chat now for 15 minutes and they said they are experiencing a high volume. I assume it is because of the poorly run shipping end of the company. Very frustrating.

When I finally had a virtual chat, they send they were resending it at no charge. That does not mean it would be free. Did they expect me to pay a shipping fee when they left off my apt. address the first time? And why didn't they contact me to let me know there was a problem? Very frustrating company.

I bought a bamboo bed sheet from this company in November. the sheet has had about 6 weeks of use in total, as I alternatie with another sheet each time I wash them.

they have pilled so badly that it feels like there's sand in the bed!!

I've tried to contact you multiple times & you haven't had the courtesy to respond to me. I've just called and it went straight to answer phone.

I suspect you're simply scammers, so as you're not responding to me I will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback.

I suggest if anyone is looking for their bamboo sheets, they keep looking elsewhere.

Cozy House sheets ate the Very BEST sheets I’ve ever owned!!!!

They fit perfectly especially because of the full elastic strip in all 4 corners.

The sheets feel silky smooth!

The vibrant color is perfect.

I recommend this bedding to anyone who wants an exceptional product.

This company is a total scam as far as quality of their sheets and deplorable customer service. The sheets are very thin, wrinkle horribly out of washer and dryer even after following the recommended settings. The amount of “fluff” in the lint catcher was so much it completely filled the screen and then some. The sizing for the king sheets is a joke. The top sheet is not wide enough to cover both sides of mattress. The pillow cases are too tight. The bottom sheet fit and that’s the only thing I can say that is positive. After repeated emails and one phone call I still have no response to their guarantee return policy. The answer I received from the phone call is “ the email is received and they will respond soon”! Ha ha! Learned my lesson to trust any company advertising one FB or Instagram.
In the trash they went.

Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago, item still has not been delivered. I have sent numerous emails to customer support, to have no reply. The delivery company has now admitted item is lost and to contact the seller for refund but nobody seems to want to reply.
I won't purchase another item.

I ordered the wrong duvet. I was advised to reject the delivery and via email request exchange or refund, which I did. I've since heard nothing back, after 3 email attempts. I've tied calling customer services, which seems non existent, only communication via a recorded voice (robot). To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.... BEWARE!!!!

This is an updated review. After attempting to contact company about return for weeks they finally got back to me and rectified the situation in a positive manner. They explained they've had some staff issues with fires etc in CA. So I'm changing my review to a positive one as their customer service while delayed was professional end of the day.

The quality and feel of these 100% Bamboo sheets. My husband has been after me to buy Bamboo sheets and I just didn't want to pay the price. We are both 100% happy with our purchase.

Crumpled appearance not helped by washing and NO IRONING at all. Seams loose and coming unravelled. Poor quality but very poor AESTHETIC appeal. Cannot make contact Very slow Cusomter service but several people reported that. So far no response contact at all to emails / phone messages / messgaes via FB Seems their policy is for me to return to Los Angeles ? what ? at my expense without ANY prior contact ? I dont think so Not cheap price but cheap quality .........................

My king sized sheet was brilliant at first but after only two washes (washed as instructed) the sheets became bobbly and uncomfortable (pilling) despite numerous e mails and on line chat this company have failed to reply. After only a few washes the bed sheets & duvet covers started bobbing, which is called pilling. I reported this via email & over 6 weeks later, I have nothing!!! All I receive is an email every 1-2 weeks asking for me to take a picture or explain how I have laundered the items, I have been asked the questions several times!!!
The sheet & duvet is awful to sleep with, after this pilling. I simply couldn't wait & have bought pure cotton items elsewhere, which show ZERO signs of this pilling.
