The quality of their products is very poor and deliberately misleading. When it states on the website that it’s “Bamboo” you do not expect items to be 60% polyester.

The customer service is a joke. Defending their products with statements like, “Please understand that our pricing is based on several factors, including the quality of materials used, the manufacturing process, and the overall value that each sheet provides.

Our goal is to offer consistent quality and value to our customers; thus, the pricing structure that we have.

Moreover, our Luxury sheet set starts at £68.95 and not £126, which is considered one of the lowest prices available on the market right now.”

I think we have a different version of luxury. I cannot imagine in a hundred years that any hotel would ever use these sheets.

Avoid unless you like cheap polyester sheets with a touch of bamboo. Going back to my Egyptian 1000 thread count cotton sheets. Now that’s luxury.

Bought a purple bamboo bed sheet set. It's been a year or so and there's no bobbling, colour fade, shrinking or scratchyness to the material. It's as soft as the day I bought them, such good quality. Smooth and light and airy. I knew I wanted to get another set so I've just bought a green set. Honestly wouldn't have expected myself to buy expensive bedding like this but it's so worth the money and you get what you pay for.

I just received my sheet set and my quilt set on Friday. I immediately put it on my bed hoping that I would finally have a better night sleep. I tend to be very hot when sleeping. Boy was I wrong. I had an awful night. I was sweating worse than usual and ended up sleeping on top of my covers. I have a ceiling fan which was turned on and a floor cooling fan which was on. The sheets themself are very harsh to me. Touch and itchy. The quilt set is nice.

Excellent product and service; can’t fault it. Protector was easy to fit - just followed the instructions and it was the perfect size for a 32/33cm deep mattress without putting any stress on the zip. I like the fact that the whole mattress is encased.

First of all, I read the reviews on Cosy House luxury sheet sets and majority of the reviews were extremely positive, so I ordered 3 sets and extra pillowcases. To be honest, once I finally received this product I was not impressed with this product.
I haven't used any of the pillowcases yet, but I did put the burgundy luxury sheet set on one of my beds. I have never had sheets or pillowcases from the same set be different shades, dark and light. Also the stitching had puckers and like snags in the fabric and extremely stringy. I checked the Cosy house labels on the sheets and pillowcases and they are different.
I really wish I could post the pictures i took so every one could see the poor quality.
Also the first night, going to bed, I felt like the sheets were very soft, but I ended up waking up a few hours later feeling very hot and sweaty. I ended up taking a shower and change my sheets and pillowcases to my previous brands. Also I decided not to return these sheet sets, mainly because I had issues get my sheet sets and pillowcases in a reasonable time with this company. It took SEVERAL emails back and forth before finally getting these sets and cases.

I can’t fault their customer service - whilst the quilt wasn’t suitable for me their amazing customer service will ensure i keep an eye on any new products.

The sheets look nice. For me they are so lightweight and somewhat slippery they they aren’t a comfortable. I thought they were Bamboo but it turns out they are a blend. They do have 100% bamboo sheets so I’m not sure how I ended up with the wrong ones. Uncomfortable is one thing but after 6 weeks one of the pillowcases is coming apart at the seams and the polyester one of the bands to keep the sheets on came apart. I think customer service will replace them when I send a photo, but we’ll see how that goes

Awful customer service but overall good product. Zip broke after 5 uses and the detail demanded to try & wriggle out of responsibility is amazing. So difficult, like what washing machine brand!. Has surprised me as cosy house don't come across as unhelpful. Will source elsewhere

This company is not conducting business in a trustworthy way. The advertising states hassle free return. Thats a lie. I've live chatted ive emailed with photos of the poor quality sheets piling up in 2 weeks. Then I just keep getting more request. How did you wash them send a picture of the tag on sheets on and on. I'll purchase items on Amazon not direct this would not be an issue. Sheets do not hold up and company not standing by product. Ms devaughn.

Not LUXURY Bamboo Sheets. I've purchased a ton of different Bamboo sheets, in different price ranges, and these are on par with even the cheapest I've gotten on Amazon. While Amazon bamboo sheets were thin as well, as least they felt soft. These are rough almost like a nylon blend. Really disappointed. I'm a huge consumer of bamboo sheets. I love that they breathe and are usually soft. Especially appreciated is that bamboo is easily cultivated. But I recommend NOT buying these. Also the seller post sales attempt by CosyHouse really speaks to their greed. They don't care about customer experience and continue to attempt to pad the sale by a series of attempts to get you to buy more. At least 10 solicitations!!

The sheets are too thin. I thought I was buying bamboo but these have more polyester than bamboo. Will not purchase again. Also, I saw the other reviews and decided I wouldn’t even attempt to return.

Love the product but stopped buying today as offering discounts constantly to the US but not UK customers even although they bombard me with emails. Terrible marketing practices

I’ve never bought or seen a sheet collection that has a fabric so thin you can see through it. Save your money.

I bought the 'Luxury Bamboo Pillow' but these pillows are memory foam and HARD. I used a coupon and tried to cancel the first order. I contacted customer service and they said they could NOT stop the shipment. The only saving grace was that I contacted customer service again and received a refund for the more expensive purchase. I now have 4 pillows that are of no use to me as they are just too hard to sleep with. I usually use a microfiber gel pillow that resembles a down pillow. I have stopped using down pillows as I found that I an allergic to feathers.

I can't GIVE these pillows away. Thank GAWD I purchased the two pillow special for $75. DO NOT BUY these pillows unless you LOVE memory foam.

What a fantastic company, the products I received are beautiful,I had a slight concern and it was raised with customer service and to be honest I couldn't fault the time and the outcome, they definitely don't sleep in customer service.thank you once again.

This is a scam. They take you money and when you try to return something they give you the runaround. I finally found their return address and mailed the items back - which were really cheap material - have not heard anything about a refund.

Have just received my Order over a month after being placed but they took my money Instantly. Extremely poor communication or information throughout from them. Cant phone them any time of day as the phone goes straight to answerphone saying closed. Sent a number of emails more recently and after sending them strongly worded emails they then tried to bribe me with a case of beer. When buying same type of goods from Dunelm always receive goods in one or two days.
Avoid They're Not Worth The Aggro.......

They’re scammers who use fake reviews out of China NOT THE UK… There website uses endorsements from numerous company’s like ‘Good Housekeeping’ again fake…
They do not refund - I’ve reported them to National Cyber Security Centre here in the UK & I would advise others warning via social media etc

Avoid at all cost !!! 2 days an these sheets started bobbling/pilling worst sheets I’ve ever bought PLEASE DO NOT BUY !!!! They are awful!!!!!
