These sheets are of inferior quality. First of all, the sheets are very thin! You can see right through them and they are not cooling at all. I kept waking up in the night very hot, unlike with my Rayon sheets. Secondly, there are loose strings and bad hemming. Very disappointed in the quality. The color was pretty on the dark teal, but I order 2 sets and the black was more like a dark grey. When I searched reviews for these sheets I noticed that other reviews with five stars, were actually bad reviews in the comments. Very strange. I guess you get what you pay for. I will not order these sheets again.

Very impressed with customer service's quick response to a question on sheets I've had for a few months. They addressed the issue within an hour of my email and within a day and offered a remedy which I did not expect. They certainly surpassed my experiences with customer service representatives.

The sheets were very, very thin and their so called "no hassle" return policy is a very big hassle - they do not pay to ship them back.
In this day and age - this is ridiculous. I will never do business with this company again.

The quality is no more, bought a set and after just 4 washes bunnies are showing up, not even 3 months old. BEWARE EVERYONE

Didn't fit my Temperpedic mattress. Said it was made for 12", mine is 11".
Not even close. Very sloppy and loose.
They initially told me free return but ended up costing me almost as much as the set to return via the cheapest option, USPS.
I would never do business with this company again. Use Way fair or Amazon.

Takes forever to get orders delivered. Zero communication or updates. No problem changing my money account instantly. Very disappointed, never order again. Poor delivery wait times zero stars.

I bought several items 18 months ago for a second home. As such they are used much less than bedlinen usually is. Good points - the duvets and mattress protectors are ok and the duvet covers and sheets are soft and dry quickly. BUT BAD points - sheets pill, duvet covers crease, zip tags come off, zips break, seams come apart. I have spent my time having to repair rather than discard these. Additionally only 40% bamboo so 60% polyester therefore their marketing is misleading. I should have been wary of the massive discounts. I wouldn't buy again.

Lovely material but really poorly made. Mine fell apart within 4 months. So expensive and they don’t last. I would order bamboo sheets again but certainly not from here.

Love these sheets. I’m kind of a sheet snob and always looking for the softest sheets. I purchased the everyday sheets and absolutely love them. They will always have my business!

The Premium Bamboo sheets used to be 60% Bamboo and 40% microfiber and now 40% Bamboo 60% polyester and feel like cheap rubbish

one item of my most recent order was unacceptable, and Ariana advised me that I am responsible for return shipping! When I told her your sheets sell on Amazon
with free shipping, she said," then buy them there." I will no longer buy from your company, and expect a negative review in the near future

I recently ordered a bedding set,which had a mark on one of the pillowcases. This was dealt with immediately. Great service.

I so happy to have found the Cozy House Collection. I love my new bamboo sheets and pillow cases. I bought bamboo sheets for all my beds in my home. They are so comfortable, soft and cool. I feel so relaxed and cozy when I get into bed at night. I also bought some of the dryer balls. They are wonderful. My sheets come out of the dryer with no wrinkles. What a great idea. Thank you Cozy House. Your the best.

I ordered sheets and was Provided a tracking number that was invalid when I chatted with the company I was told they had been delivered even though the sheets were never delivered and again the tracking number they gave me was invalid. They then requested I ask all of my neighbors if they got my sheets and told me to wait a few more days. Sheets were never delivered, Neighbors also never got them and there’s no proof of delivery As I have a ringing doorbell, and there’s no video of a delivery of been made. Took me threatening to call my credit card and have the charge charge back for them to deliver me a new set of sheets. I finally mailed out a new set of sheets and then their response to my email said because I claimed that the sheets were never delivered They’re doing this as a one time courtesy, Again, it’s not just a claim they were never delivered no video no accurate tracking number and no sheets. They then sent me another email saying that due to the previous issue signature would be required upon delivery. Took almost 2 weeks to get the new ones delivered and lo and behold, No signature was required. They were left on my porch for me to pick up when I arrived home. I have yet to review the sheets for this company But so far the experience has not been great and I can’t recommend them

A waste of money. All of our pillows have gone lumpy in less than 6 months. We had the extended warranty but that amounted to being offered 20% off our next purchase from the customer service team. A total miselling of the warranty and why would anyone buy more products which last 6 months!

Purchased Two sets of XL Twin for my adjustable king bed; used for a week - put to wash and they fell apart!!
I used them; wrote to them about it and havebt heard yet. REAL DISAPPOINTED. Cant believe so many people rave about these sheets. Definitely not worth the money - got better quality from 22.00 sale sheets from Target @ 400 ct. Bargain and they havent fallen apart!!

Would not buy these sheets

The sheets themselves are lovely but the zip has broken on both sets so I have to try and get it replaced ?!?! The warranty is just 3 months and I keep my duvet covers for at least two to three years and the pillowcases had pilling. They say wash at 30 degrees which I also feel is too low for
Bedding so all in all I won’t buy again

I had a problem with a set of burgundy queen sheet set.The bottom sheet had nubs to come up on it and so I contacted you and sent what you need to fix my problem and you did. I have a purple (my favorite color) set and they are the best sleeping set of sheets that I have ever bought. The burgundy set was awesome until the nubs showed up. I am thankful that you took care of it. I will be buying more in the future.
