I contacted Cosy House with a problem I had with a sheet set. They were so quick to respond and gave me instructions of what they needed to be able to help me. Once I supplied them with that information they immediately replaced my sheet set. Thank you for the incredible customer service and I will be referring and buying from you again. Love your sheets!

Received my order quickly and was correct. Had some issues with the product and Cozy House made it good. Great customer service, which is not seen much these days.

I love CosyHouse Collections! If I could give a “10” star-I would! Their Luxury Bamboo Sheets are the best! Actually, they are the only sheets that I buy!!! The main reason is for their durability, and they also are so comfortable while sleeping! I highly recommend to everyone-you won’t regret your decision!

All my purchases have been great products. The quality is great and so are the prices. The company does well to engage with its customers experiences and backs their products to the customers satisfaction.

I bought sheets about 6months ago and absolutely love them! They feel great and are also hypoallergenic which helps me sleep better. I am also a huge fan of the extra handles that grip the corners so the sheet is never pulled off off, they are big enough to fit over even my large mattress with an extra memory foam on top. I just bought another set for myself and one for my friend who just moved into a new apartment!

Sheets are good quality although I prefer the style I purchased about 18 months ago

This review has been edited. After emailing Cozy Home, I received a response within hours and a new set of sheets within a week. As a former call center manager I appreciate great customer service and rectification of issues. Thanks! Original review: I just put the sheets on the bed after the second laundering. I discovered the the hem on the top sheet was not secured properly and the hem stitching is unraveling. I have had the sheets less than a month and this is unacceptable. Please advise.

I had been looking for light weight sheets that are not hot like synthetic fabric can be. I bought sheets from Cosy House years ago but you didn't have bamboo sheets so I thought I'd give these a try. I am so glad I did because they are perfect for me....lightweight and cool. Actually. I purchased another set too!

Easy to navigate website. Great selection and price. Beautiful, quality products. Fitted sheets fit better than any I have ever purchased, including the very pricey sheet sets I have purchased in the past. And my husband can no longer pull them off the bed!!!!

I Love the CosyHouse Collection. Their linens are fabulous! The feel when my husband and I get in bed, the feel of the sheets and pillowcases just gravitate to you….I highly recommend this collection!

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered these sheets. I love the corner straps because I roll around a lot a night and these sheets will stay attached to the bed. They are soft, light, and cool. Our last set only lasted about 6 months but we have two dachshund dogs that sleep with us and we live by the beach. So our sheets get a lot of abuse from us, our puppers and all the beach sand! So far though my favorite sheets at a decent price.

Love this company! I was researching cooling sheets and found this company. We love our sheets. The straps keep them in place and they are so high quality/comfortable! I had to order more. I then tried their duvet cover and love that too. Customer service is superior! Receiving emails from the owner of this small business thanking me was a step above as well. Order these…. You will not be disappointed.

Awful customer service, used Evri for delivery and it never arrived, chased them and Evri 3 times each and both kept sending me to the other. After 3 weeks finally got a refund.

These bamboo sheets are absolutely the best ones I've ever placed on my bed. Yesterday I ordered another set because I like them so much.

I ordered a set of sheets after doing much research on how bamboo sheets can help you sleep. They are breathable, hypoallergenic and help keep me cool during hot flashes. I love them!!!! They are so soft I can’t wait to climb into bed at night. I have anxiety with sleep and I’m trying to make my room as calm and inviting as possible. I love that the pockets are deep at the corners and they have an extra strap to help keep the corners on the mattress during restless nights.
Customer service is also amazing. My first order was lost and never showed up. They were on it and had my replacement sent to me ASAP.
