Arrived quickly asking away that weekend.
Ordered late wed evening arrived Friday morning.
My friends at the caravan are now ordering fof there children.

I had got in contact for a faulty napper and it took 5 months to get a response! It was replaced in the end after several calls and emails, however the size was not available so had to go for the bigger size and cost another £10. Got there in the end but needs better communication

The product wasn't as high quality as the Happy Napper brand, at the same price. The zip was broken too.
I've contacted the company about the fault twice, but haven't heard back after almost a week.

Was sent 1 wrong item and 1 broken item. Have sent 2 emails and not had a response. Not inpressed what so ever.

Excellent sleeping bag with pillow integrated. Our granddaughter loved it

Delivered next day as promised. Product is really nice quality, packs away for better storage. Really pleased with the product.

Didn’t receive item, and they haven’t replied to my emails. Clearly a scam, and I’ve lost £45.

After failing to meet my order and then reading other reviews on here I thought I had also fell foul of a scam. But to their credit within 12 hours of making contact I was refunded

Sadly, I agree with the other reviews here this site is a scam... and I should have read and taken heed before ordering. My purchase was 'Next Day Delivery' - a week later and still no sign, tracking simply says that a shipping label has been created, and no response to emails or calls. I raised a chargeback through my bank... which finally prompted a reply. Apparently the one I ordered was out of stock but I could exchange for a different one... if I cancelled the chargeback!! Not a chance, absolute con, please read and avoid.

Do not use,no information on companies house.

Received a refund from my bank luckily.

I was sent two wrongly chosen cosy Nappers for my grandchildren just before Christmas and was very disappointed. However, much to my surprise, after reading the reviews, I did receive a reply to my complaint. I was told to reorder meaning I would need to pay again but that I would be sent a prepaid sticker for the return of the wrongly sent Nappers together with a refund when they were received. As it was only a week before Christmas I was not prepared to do this mainly because I didn’t have the funds to pay again and there was no guarantee the newly ordered cosy Nappers would arrive in time if at all and would they refund my wrongly sent first order. To Cosy Nappers credit I was offered a 30% refund on the wrongly sent Nappers which I agreed to although I was apprehensive as to whether it would be forthcoming but again to their credit I did receive into my bank account the promised refund. I would say if you have a grievance don’t give up send them an email, and hopefully after maybe a bit of a wait you will receive a favourable reply.

I thought i was buying a genuine item but its a cheap copy. Trying to return it but no response from the company. No answer to emails, the return email just bounces back. I've tried all the other emails and the phone number but nothing. Advise you don't use this site!

Asked to exchange for a bigger size but received a very blunt no. Was well within the return period. Will not be buying from here again for my other 2 daughters.

Like many people here I ordered from this website after my daughter asked for a ‘happy napper’ for Christmas and thought she must have got the name wrong and assumed this was the right thing. I have to say though, I had free delivery through Amazon that I could track from the start and it was delivered quickly, it’s exactly as I expected and I’m sure my daughter will be very happy with it. Yes it may not be as good quality as the real deal but my daughter won’t know any different and neither do I.

Last year I bought a ‘happy napper’ from another site and stupidly thought it would arrive and didn’t.. I did get the money back eventually..
this year I thought cosy nappers looked genuine! I ordered on the 19th dec 2022 and it said it would be delivered by 21st dec. I didn’t get a confirmation email and the money was pending in the bank until the next day which I thought was odd and I was dubious and used the ‘contact’ on their site twice but no reply. I did however get an Amazon text saying that I would get a delivery and I had no clue it would be the nappers. But it was! They are lovely and I’m so happy! I hope this helps anyone that orders. Thank you for coming through! Although I still haven’t received a reply but hey ho they are here! Lol

Dubious about ordering with the bad reviews and the fact next day delivery was free and the emails to contact don't work
However I received it next day tracked as stated and its over all not bad quality. Alot thinner than a happy napper but over all not bad.

I ordered 3 different sleeping bags for xmas as presents. It said fast delivery but when there was no word after a few days i emailed the company. Waiting on a reply, i googled the company, saw the trust pilot reviews and my heart sank, i thought id wasted 170 euros.
I got an email back however to apologise for the delay and my items shipped next day.
I only got a chance to open one tonight and im happy with it. Its not a great outdoors grade sleeping bag, no but for what it is, a kiddies sleeping bag, its sturdy enough and my girls are going to love them. Theyre soft too with plenty of stuffing in the pillow part. I can only speak from my own experience and say im delighted with what i got. Based in Dublin, Ireland

This is the 2nd year I have ordered from them - then I read the reviews when I didn't get a confirmation Email, I was thinking the worst about the company, until 8 days later the the cosy napper arrived and was BEAUTIFUL ❤️ well made and just want I wanted for my granddaughter. Last year's was the same for my grandson. The company are not good at communicating at all - and I can only speak for my 2 orders. Not had to return anything thank goodness
