Wish I had seen these reviews before hand because I have ordered 1 cosy napper Novemeber 2023 with next day delivery and nothing. I have received confirmation of purchase but nothing else. The number doesn't work and they haven't responded to my email.

I placed an order at the beginning of November as next day delivery and still nothing. Phone line rings dead, no reply to emails. Very disappointed and now trying to get my money back via the bank. My experience seems to be like many others- definitely a company to avoid.

We purchased a cosy napper for our youngest grandson’s birthday, on opening it we d found a hole in the seam. I contacted Cosy Nappers, they replaced it immediately arrived two days later, cannot fault their service.

I had delivery problems twice
I had delivery problems twice, 3rd time they sent by a different courier and we recieved it my little boy is over the moon. I gave 5 star as despite the delivery problem which wasn’t their fault they kept in good communication and checked I got this and also the sleeping bag is great.
