Cotswold Cameras have delivered a Nikon Z8, seven lenses and a SB-5000 speedlight over the past six months including the Z 24-70 S mark2 and this week the Laowa 12mm f/2.8 Zero-D arrived. All well packaged and delivered on time. Pricing has made a huge difference as well as the quality and the excellent service. I can only speak from my own experience and I would say you would have to be mad to go elsewhere. Put them to the test and find out for yourself.

I had reason to cancel an order that was being delivered i.e already on it's way. Cotswold cameras were very approachable and helpful in allowing me to return the unopened order. 5* service. I will happily return.

They are not selling genuine new…
They are not selling genuine new products! My camera arrived with an unsealed old box, with grease marks all over it, and the camera itself came with no protection film or anything over the screen. Who knows where the 'new' camera has been, or what is going on here. But it's clearly not a new article, in original packaging.

Customer server was unhelpful as well, after half a dozen emails, sending them pictures of the product, they said to return it AT MY COST, and then they will discuss what a possible resolution would be once they process it. But by this stage, and no idea when I would get a replacement or what condition that 'new' camera would be in, or even if they would replace it. Thus now I am left in the position of having no camera for my trip, even though I ordered a month before it.

If you want to buy a nice camera then buy of a normal retailer, at least then you get what you agreed to in the purchase. This is a scam, and a lottery. My order number was #1002488

Excellent service and great prices. Easy to order online. Have had three items from Cotswold so far and items were well packaged and arrived quickly. Would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I was hesitant at first as I’d never heard of Cotwold Cameras but having read reviews and found they were based in the UK, I took the plunge. Largely as they were the only store with the Viltrox 9mm f2.8 in stock. It was at a decent discount too, but that was negated with the £25 shipping fee.
One of the seals on the box was broken which did concern me. However the lens was immaculate and works perfectly.

I was very dubious of the unbelievable prices, but I had an excellent and knowledgeable customer service interaction.
This is now my go to for any future camera equipment, after upgrading my existing equipment, which arrived well packaged and as ordered.

More than satisfied with the excellent service I received, and very impressed by your efficiency. The price was better than I could have hoped for, and the overall experience was entirely positive. Thank you!

Seem to offer good value for money.
It's not the first time I've purchased from Cotswold Cameras. Initially I was quite anxious, but subsequent purchases have made me consider Cotswold as my first port of call.

I ordered a body and a lens from these guys last year, and last week ordered another lens. The customer service is great, they always come back quickly to answer any questions and are happy to offer advice if needed! Delivery has both times been well within the time frame given!

I was really sceptical when I first saw their pricing and thought it was a scam. Having read the reviews and having messaged them and received an immediate reply I took what I though was a gamble and bought the Nikon Z8 with 24-120mm Lens kit. It was an absolute bargain, almost half price of other online retailers. Having made the purchase there was a reassuring confirmation email and note that it would take 2 weeks or so to arrive. The delivery company kept me informed about when they expected to receive the order and when it would arrive, which was correct withing their 1 hour window. It actually came earlier than the 2 weeks since order, really well packaged, all in perfect order. If you are worried about taking what you think is a gamble then I would like to reassure you that this company who clearly is into service and value. I will be using them again when I am looking for lenses for sure.

This is the second time I've used Cotswold Cameras and I appreciated getting a further discount from an already fabulous price by using the points accrued from my first purchase. I will definitely use them next time too.

I was slightly dubious of the prices given they were so much cheaper than other retailers... but I have received a perfectly working brand new Canon R10 which has shown no issues so far!

Responsive customer service, kept me up to date, arrived within advertised time schedule. I shall be grabbing a birding lens very soon!

I have just purchased my 3rd camera from Cotswoldcameras and have been very impressed with their range of products and more importantly their prices. My three cameras are Canon, Sony and just now a Leica. All new purchases. I haven't properly used the last purchase yet but it seems fine in limited use at home. Registered anyway with Leica now. The 2 previous cameras are still going strong. Cannot fault this company. Will certainly use again.

All of my cameras and lens have been delivered in a quick timescale and having used the warranty service can safely say Cotswold Cammeras use reputable and reliable repair specialists that are also easy to communicate with. No brainer for camera equipment at reduced prices!

Cotswold Cameras supply a large range of gear at very competative prices. I ordered a Canon RF 100-400mm lens for the cheapest price I had found it online. It arrived after about a week and was very well packaged. I will definitely be buying more equipment from them in the future.

My experience with Cotswold Cameras is hugely positive. I contacted them prior to ordering and had a reply from them that reassured me about making a purchase with them. The item i purchased was received within 7 days and was exactly the same as if I'd bought it from a UK high street camera shop but a lot cheaper. Im so pleased i made the decision to buy from Cotswolds. I obviously cant comment on the warranty side of things but they seem a very trustworthy company to deal with so I'm confident that if anything does go wrong they will continue to deliver a good service.

From my very first email to delivery, I cannot fault the service provided by Cotswold Cameras. Superb communication, delivery quicker than the given schedule. Add in the amazing value and I'm already planning on buying a second camera.

Purchased a Nikon Z400mm f4.5 S lens. Arrived well packaged about 10 days later, as predicted on their website. Good tracking information nd I'm really pleased with the lens at a great price!
