My brand new o system Olympus 50-200 2.8 pro arrived in super quick time last week perfectly wrapped,
Been out using it every day since and it’s totally worth every penny,virtually every shot is pin sharp and it’s just a joy to use.
I’ve been using Cotswold cameras for years now and they have never let me down so would definitely recommend.

I've bought a couple of things with these guys now and won't buy camera equipment anywhere else.

The prices are amazing, roughly 20 to 30 less than retail for the items I've purchased.! It's all genuine gear just imported from counties where consumers don't get ripped off.

I ordered a D850 Nikon with a lens and they were cheaper than anywhere on the internet by about £40.00. But because they were UK based, I felt happy they were dealing with the import from aboard etc. Came just in time for my first holiday and didn't disappoint. Nixon original packaging, manual, charger etc and lens too. Would use these guys again, disappointed that I didnt sign up for the loyality points. Nice experience.

Order process, delivery and price were fine but after-sales is shocking. My camera had an issue which they wanted to verify but I waited in 2 days for the promised courier collection which was a no show and then was told to drop it off at my local DHL depot. Had to go to 2 depots to finally get it accepted. Communication throughout was terrible - just sporadic emails absolving themselves of any responsibility. No after-sales number or ability to speak to a human. The whole process cost me 2 full days and then a week without a camera, which as a pro photographer is a disaster. No compensation, no apology, no phone call, no message, just a refund after 5 days. Hey, at least I got a refund! I will never use Cotswold Cameras again and would strongly advise anyone else not too. Terrible service, worst I have experienced in my life.

I recently bought a Nikon lens from Cotswold Cameras, my third purchase from them. As always, the lens arrived in good order, and timeously. I was kept in the loop regarding shipping at all steps along the way.

Would highly recommend, any questions I had were answered within 24h items were extremely well packaged would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent. I was slightly nervous of buying a camera advertised at such a high discount. However, there was nothing to worry about. The team were great to deal with. There was a few days delay from making the order to receiving shipping confirmation but i had read that this is normal so i wasn’t unduly concerned.

Camera arrived - brand new as advertised with all UK documentation and the comfort of a warranty.

Would use again.
