Not delivered

The item was not delivered so cant rate it as it was returned to depot even though people at home and instructions of where to leave even if no one home. Not Cotswold Port company fault as dispatched quickly putting blame on DPD who we are waiting to hear from as to what we can do next

I was kept informed throughout- packing, dispatch and delivery pod.
The port was ordered as a gift so will need to wait for the outcome but based on other reviews I'm sure it'll will be a hit.
