Worst customer experience… don’t buy…

Worst customer experience… don’t buy anything from them!

I bought 4 differents objects from them on December 3rd 2024 for a total of 199$ US., which got billed on my Visa.

Surprisingly, they gave me a tracking number from China Post (but the company pretends to be from USA). Actually, it was apparently a fake tracking number with China Post : it gave me feed back that the parcel left China in early December to be «out for delivery » on December 25th and finally delivered on December 26th (very suprising that the carrier delivers on Xmas Day)!!! In fact I never received any parcel on those days (I also have an outdoor camera which I used to verify) !

I then tried to contact the company many times by email and their website; never had any news back from them.

I tried to contact China Post but all their site is in Chinese and if you try to translate, their links won’t finally work!

Don’t buy from them! This is a COMPLETE SCAM!
