Have no idea what the rude review below mine here is talking about - I have purchased from this company twice now and have received beautiful, high quality towels and wonderful customer service. I think we should treasure small, local businesses trying their best to carve out a niche in a large market and this company is trying to do just that. I recommend them highly - and I'm not easy to please!
Remarkably rude customer service, and unfortunately another reason not to "shop locally".
The towel I had was ok, nothing special, ripped after a couple of weeks. I returned it, received a rude email saying that it was "well outside of the return window" and I was accused of ripping it myself.
Massively disappointing. Wasted my money and postage on return to rub salt in the wound.
A fabulous website for hammam towels. I bought mine on holiday recently and it dries so quickly. Easy and light to pack and practical. Lovely colours as well. I thoroughly recommend them. Excellent delivery and customer service.
