I paid extra so the trousers I ordered…

I paid extra so the trousers I ordered would be with me within 2 working days. That meant they should have been delivered by 2nd July. Apparently they were delivered today buy not to my house. The women in the picture isn't me I don't know who she is. Plus I'm away now so I can't go and find them. If I can't get them back when I return home I want a full refund. I can't believe this whole situation has arisen from a company like yours. I'm very disappointed and angry.

Prompt delivery

Prompt delivery. But item looker better on the model. It didn't suit me at all. I returned it immediately. Hoping my refund is as prompt.
Apologies for return but it looked totally different on me. Shame, i liked the colour. Yellow. Too bulky on me. Thank-you.

The material the shirt was made of was not quite what I was expecting, but it looks nice and the quality looks good.

Cotton traders great product

Cotton traders great product. Need to change your couriers as my parcel left at a completely different address. After phoning you were great, got a replacement parcel sent out next day delivery. Your telephone operator so helpful. We later found out where my parcel had been delivered to and sent it back to you. Your products are great. Thankyou
