Excellent service and quality, as always.
BUT I wish you would stop using the plastic tags on the additional labels. They are too small to recycle, so end up in general waste, and as pollutants. You use string on some items, please use it on all items.

These are great t shirts. Well made, good quality. Fit in every way but was let down by the ridiculous length
I am not exactly short but they almost looked more like a dress.

Item very nice..delivery not good
The item did not arrive until 8 days after I ordered it which was a bit disappointing. I suspect this was more to do with the delivery company than Cotton Traders. The item itself is very nice quality.

Returns and refund delay
Cotton Traders are normally reliable but I recently returned some items from a large order. According to the 48 hour tracked return they have had my items for almost a week and my account has not been updated to acknowledge their return, I am due a refund and who knows when I'll receive it.
