Poor quality product, inundated with ‘offers’ via mail!
Ordered a product (support pillow) to help following hip replacement, but turned out to be quite cheap/poor quality and not suitable for my needs. Returned it for a refund, only got partial refund. Since ordering I’ve been spammed with emails and post which I didn’t ask for or want. Won’t be using them again.

It was a great surprise to open an…email referring to an old order
It was a great surprise to open an email from Cotton Traders referring to an order that I had placed over six months ago, but at the time they were out of stock due to seasonal changes.
Informing me that they have now got the trouser shoes I wanted . I couldn’t wait to order them. I have over the years ordered several shoes from them and always received good quality.
Thank you Cotton Traders for remembering I had placed the order a long time ago. That’s why they get 5 stars from me. Keep up the good work.

Wrong label on product
This rating is only relevant to the last order of two pairs of shorts, one pair was labelled as a 32 inch waist but was clearly much larger so I had to return them, this is the first time that this has happened.

Good garments but the delivery service useless!
Evri delivered my items to a totally different address! The proof of delivery picture therefore not my front door. This keeps happening and is very frustrating!
The lady who lived there delivered my parcel! She said Evri are always delivering parcels to her instead of the actual address on the package. She was very kind in taking the trouble in delivering my parcel!
