Great products pity about Evri the carrier…
Your products are great as is your service to customers - I can't fault it.
However, it is really let down by the carrier that you used for my order - Evri.
They attempted to deliver to the local Post Office well out of hours on three occasions. They then said it had been delivered at 18.16 hours - but I had been sat outside the Post Office at the time. The Post Office staff had no contact with Evri since 3pm that day and no parcel was delivered.
Many thanks to Cotton Traders for resending the oder. I hope Evri found the parcel and returned it .
