They offered a one-day 24% discount. However they didn't say that this didn't apply to items already on offer. Rather shifty and poor business practice.

I received the bed set quickly after ordering. The pattern is as the advert. I look forward to seeing what it's like when on the bed as a matching set.

Hugely disappointed that my item was clearly much too small for the size ordered, this not only meant I didn’t have the item I needed but I still had to pay a fee to return. This felt very unfair, please do better with your sizes.

Well having compiled a list of desirable products I tried to order a pair of men's slippers size 6 but Cotton Traders start at size 7 so much as I like their stuff I will just shop elsewhere. Voting with my feet when they don't have my size confirms something is afoot.

item not true to size so had to return, had no correspondence whether the item has been received back for refund.

You can improve by changing your delivey people.if we had known before we ordered these goods we would have gone to your shop at dobbies..Tbey are always late and when they eventually arrive the parcels are thrown at the door.they are ignorant.
