Disappointed with the return service
Disappointed with the return service. No QR code was sent to my email so I rang the customer service twice. First to be told to give them a call back after 24hours and then to be told I need to write the fetid label out myself and send via Royal Mail which is love expensive. I got the impression they thought it was my fault I didn’t receive the QR code.

I'm only giving half stars (3/5) as I've only received half my order. I have sent an email explaining the non-receipt but not yet had a reply, so I don't know what's happening. The one pair of trousers I have received are very good quality and style and I'm looking forward to receipt of the other pair ordered.

The on-line ordering was not easy. I have (had) an account but I wasn't recognised. I called to be told "if you haven't used your account recently, our system may not remember/recognise you." So I checked out as a guest. More of a hassle than I expected.
