Disappointed regarding returns!
I purchased 2 'T' shirts a few weeks ago, size XL. Absolutely fine! My regular size.
I then ordered AB12807 Size XL, IT WAS BIG ENOUGH FOR 'BILLY BUNTER!' As there are no local 'Cotton Traders' stores to return items, I had to send back via the Royal Mail, at a cost of £3.35! I'm afraid I am not the least bit happy about this as none of it was my fault! I do need to think twice about any further purchases. Kind regards, Dave Clarke

Excellent service
The traditional cotton nightshirts were so reasonably priced that I bought two of them. Comfortable, a good length and light, they turned out to be just right for this time of year.
The process of buying them online went smoothly and I received regular tracking updates. I was surprised and delighted when the standard delivery arrived in the early evening the very next day.

we like the merchandise but.....
we like the merchandise, delivery and returns in no way compare with shopping on line with other companies. Slow [charged for] delivery with Evri who have proved unreliable on several occasions. Returns [charged for] are unsatisfactory - credits/refunds can take around 14 days.

I am sorry that you feel like the delivery's are slow, we do advise to allow 3 working days and i can see that your recent orders have been delivered within this time.
We do provide you with the pre-paid returns labels and advise that we take the returns charge from the refund.
I'm sorry that you feel the refund process take a long time we do advise that they should be credited within 7 days but to allow 14 days from posting especially in busy times.

Arrived after a couple of days
Arrived after a couple of days. The coat doesn't look like the pictures, it flares out a lot at the bottom, im 5ft 4 and it was very long. I returned it, it cost me 7 pounds 34, delivery plus return, so wont be ordering anything again in the future.
