Seems a good firm to deal with. I found delivery a little difficult, when I rang I had tried to order through placeEVRI but could not understand, EVRI shop is about 200 metres from my flat but it offered me places about 10 miles away. I realise now it is a cotton trader. No stores in Torbay

Ordered a pair of sandals for click ans collect. Items were as expected and staff in store very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and friendly staff, only too willing to help. Can’t fault them, and would recommend the Lakeside store without hesitation.

When ordering online for delivery to store you need to catch the delivery schedule and order by Wednesday for delivery by Friday otherwise you have to wait another week.

Items arrived on time and well packaged. Good fit and good quality😊

Visited outlet store to return online purchase purely to avoid paying return postage especially as had already paid for delivery. Very nice staff but wouldn’t rush to use online service again due to high delivery and return charges.

Really great polo shirt. Size was as expected. Good fit. Only down side is you only have pastel colours in now. Not everyone wants pale colours.staff very helpful.

Very friendly staff. Went the extra mile in finding what we wanted. What wasn't in stock we were able to order (free delivery to our home address).

Purchased 4 items (2 were same item) took 2 items back to the shop as they didn’t fit. All returns now done by scanning a barcode on the paperwork, informed I would get my money in my bank within 3 to 5 days. I think I got my money back into my account within 2 days (you weren’t expecting that were you?)
But for some reason, my whole order has now been cancelled and Cotton Traders are returning the rest of my money..
My biggest issue, is that you cannot contact anyone from customer service at Cotton Traders and if you manage to find the app to try and contact them, you get the ‘whoops, something went wrong’ appear on screen when you submit the form. Plus they use Evri for deliveries, that alone makes my decision to cancel my account with them..

The items I bought were as described and fitted well. I didn’t have to wait to be served and my order was found very quickly.

Bought on the cotton traders website and had it delivered to cotton traders at Lakeside Doncaster. The website was very easy to navigate and the company kept us up to date with delivery to Lakeside. The lady at Lakeside was very friendly and helpful. The quality of goods purchased was excellent and love the quality and service provided.

Ordered a jumper in the sale but unfortunately it was rather bulky made out of chenille. I had it delivered to a shop which was local l took it back today and received the money back onto my card. After meeting some friends l went back and bought a top.

I ordered online and collected from the shop. Quick delivery. Lovely warm, soft dressing gown. I also got money off with a gift card. What a great shop!

The boots arrived on time at my chosen shop. I was able to try the boots on in the shop and was happy with them

Staff helpful but NOT 'in your face' like some other brand stores. I enjoyed my shopping experience as felt relaxed to look around, before l decided what l preferred to buy. Good quality goods and some unexpected bargains.

Lakeside Doncaster went to a great deal of trouble to find me a top I had gone there to purchase which happened to be out of stock at their branch the manager rang round several other branches before locating me one in the size that I required the top took a week to arrive but I was not charged for postage the effort is greatly appreciated . Thank you Lakeside Doncaster

I saw the knitted Coatigan online thought it looked lovely so I ordered it. It arrived very quickly but was folded quite small and placed in a really small bag so the pile on it was really flattened and creased which made it look poor quality, so returned it to my local store for a refund.I received my refund very quickly and was also refunded my postage which was very unexpected really satisfied with Cotton Traders response.
